My mom orders from here all the time, the food is great we love Alisa! She really listens and understand and try’s her best to help everyone. Recently I went and ordered food and it was hair inside my food along with my food was raw in the inside! Ok! Fast forward I called a million times to complain I kept getting hung up on as well as told the manger was a women and she wasn’t there. So instead of going to the bbb with my complaint I went back to the restaurant today saw Alisha she was awesome as always. I waited for the manager to walk in, did he yes did he even acknowledge us not at all. No hi no hello no nothing after i waited 35 minutes on him. But it’s cool I won’t be back he told the nice lady he can’t replace my food because he had already replaced someone’s food yesterday well what does that have to do with me when I order from here twice or three times a week pick up or doordash! Again he still never said two words act like we weren’t even here. I love Alisia she even offered to buy my kids food that we didn’t get and that he didn’t make over, but I told her no. Again I’m still sitting here as I write this . He has walked pass me four times no nothing he doesn’t speak or anything. I won’t be back. To Alisia you made this place alive, the night crew is rude they hang up they play tik tok etc, I call it’s like a party in the back sometimes to the other owners I hope that you are way nicer then the ones I have met cause this is a very good place and very good...

I placed an order today for a Mexicana bowl with extra chicken.

I walk in today and I was waiting to get rung up for my order, a blonde girl that was cashier, was eating and told me” hold on there’s food in my mouth “. Completely nasty behavior. I still tipped her $5 because the food always is amazing.

I drive 20 minutes away to work and theirs no utensils in my bag. I’m bothered because it’s a bowl of chicken Drenched in cheese and I can’t eat this with my hands.

I call back and instead of saying sorry for the inconvience she tells me “ eat it with your hands “ I asked to speak to a manager/someone else she told me “ no u can’t speak to anyone else “ and hung up in my house.

This isn’t how u treat a customer. My family has a history of owning restraunts and theirs no way I would ever let a worker speak to a customer like that.
