Your drive through computer simulator is very difficult to place an order. Meaning that it doesn't pick up on language very well and makes you have to repeat your order, plus you end up repeating it anyway because by then an employee finally takes charge. On this day that I'm writing about, I had the same issue with the computer simulator. Then I just said heck with it , I drove up and placed the order in at the window. Of course it looked like and seemed that nobody was at work. Then somebody a woman arrived and she gave me the most ugly unpleasant look, but I was hungry and placed an order. After that occurred she asked me if I could go to the front of the store to wait. No problem I said, but then when I went there there was about 4 to 5 cars already waiting. So I just walked in and pick it up myself. The atmosphere was kinda weird at first, but I wanted to buy some more things, but I could never get a employee to even give me eye contact so I just felt like, I didn't matter and it wouldn't surprise me if that's how they felt about themselves. HOW PITIFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I won't go there again. I don't trust people like that much as well . If employee or employers present themselves in that matter, who knows what they do when they prepare your food. Very scary thought. Sorry I love the food but Hardee's probably doesn't offer alot , salary wise and Insurance as well. So if that's the case Hardee's would not and should not expect much progress. Sorry...
Read moreMy husband and one of our children were having father son day and went through the drive thru around 3pm, on a weekday. They weren't busy. After pulling up to the drive thru our son realized he lost his wallet (he was talking his dad out). My husband handed $20 and his debit card, explained what happened and what he needed... The employee took both, handed back the cash and said I just put it all on the card. His account bounced because he didn't have money in there for that, as it was not planned for the loss of the wallet. The employee was rude to them, no napkins, no thank you. I called the store several times but it would go to a machine that said the inbox was full. Left an email for corporate. Never heard back. Sad... Decatur customer service has...
Read moreIf there were a place to put 00000 stars, that's what I would put!! 0 everything! 25 min. wait for 2curly fries and 1 sand. Fries were room temp. Pull around and ask for fresh. Told that they were fresh, I tried to give them back to shoe the girl, she wouldnt take them. Had to pull up again, another 15min. AND had to pull up. Handed me the bag all huffy. We pulled away and low and behold, curly fries were HOT alright, HOT and almost BURNT TO A CRISP!! Now if that isn't disrespectful to a customer, what is? I was very polite thru it all, there was NO reason for that service. I had to get home because I live out of town. So I just left. Never will I or any of my family will ever go...
