TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! WE HAD A SIMPLE CONFUSION ABOUT THE FOOD. THE WAITOR WAS SOOO RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. HAD NO INTENT TO FIX THE ISSUE DUE TO HIS ATTITUDE FOR WHATEVER REASON. NO ONE WAS RUDE TO HIM HOW HE WAS TO US. I DONT. RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION ANYMORE. IT USE TO BE MY FAVORITE PLACE TO COME, I WILL NOT BE BACK. TRY 6th AVE LOCATION. THE FOOD WAS DRY. WE ORDERED A SIDE OF CHEESE DIP AND THEY COULDNT EVEN FILL UP THE CONTAINER. ONCE WE MENTIONED THE ISSUE WITH THE FOOD. HE NEVER CAME BACK TO THE TABLE OUT OF HIS ANGER THAT I DIDNT CARE ABOUT BECAUSE HE WAS NEVER DISRESPECTED OR HAD BEEN RUDE TO. THAT WAS ALL HIM. I BELIVE HE WORKS BY THE BAR. WISH I KNEW HIS NAME BUT IF HES YOUR WAITOR YOU WONT BE ABLE TO MISS THAT STINK ATTITUDE. AND UNPROFESSIONALISM HE SHOWED. RUDE PEOPLE. NO ONE REALLY CARES. Decatur has most of the poorest restaurants I've ever seen there is no good food in this town from corner to corner if you want real food you have to travel outside of this place to get good food. If you want really good Mexican food he got to go to Texas or California to get good Mexican food or even New Mexico if you like the Hatch New Mexico green chiles to have a nice wet burrito smothered in green chili go to Texas or California if you like the nice salsa bar or travel to the Northeast to get really good homemade bread and Italian food. I called in an Order for Pick Up after choosing from the Online MENU. I ordered Fajitas priced at $18.99, Cheese Dip priced at $3.50 When I went to pick up the order and pay, they charged me $22.99 for the Fajita's, $4.99 for the Cheese Dip, and a $.99 fee for Calling in an Order???? I told them, the prices on their Las Vias website, and was told if I wanted the order, this is the NEW PRICES. I told him, they needed to UPDATE the 20% + Price Increase on their website and honor the website prices, until they have it updated. He said, "not my problem" Do you want your food? I asked; Why are you charging me for calling in a To-Go Order? He said he didn't know. It is what it is. ?????
