Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Decatur

If I could give ZERO STARS I would give NEGATIVE! Store manager is the rudest one there! Ordered a pan pizza, got there to pick it up for them to tell me they tried to call to tell me they were out of pan, so they made hand tossed. I was fine with that but asked to be charged correctly since pan costs more. Manager proceeded to close drive thru window in my face and say it was MY fault so I should have to pay pan pizza price since I didn’t answer the phone.. even though I never received a phone call. I told her if it was a problem I would go somewhere else so she told me that was fine, she would block my account online from being able to order from them again. I’m a store manager myself and I would NEVER talk to a guest that way. I feel like I was very respectful and willing to still purchase the WRONG PIZZA until I could hear myself being talked about through the window. I’ll never order from this...

Worst customer service ever!! We ordered 2 medium pizza's, bread sticks and 4 drinks for ourselves and our two children. There were "maybe" six families dining in total. We sat there for over 40 minutes before any food was brought out. 20 minutes later, our first pizza arrived. Shortly after, our second one arrived. It was made incorrectly, and we let our server know. She offered to remake it, which we declined, bc we didn't want to sit there waiting, as our kids ate and then have them waiting for God only knows how long till they brought back our corrected pizza. As we go to pay our bill, we quickly realized that our "6.99 pizza any toppings and any crust" was not so. They tried adding on $1.25 for each topping we had on our pizza... Nope, not today, Satan. This was possibly the worst experience we've ever had at a pizza hut. It'll be a VERY long time before they get our hard earned...

Zero stars is most appropriate. I just ordered a pizza for delivery. It had been about 45 minutes and I called to check status. A man answered the one, asked for my number, and said my name. I proceeded to tell him why I was calling. He asked to verify my address and said 30 minutes. After an hour And a half I called again. She said it was placed for carryout. I told her that I had called and he said 30 minutes. She told me no man answered the phone there. I proceeded to ask for my money to be refunded. She raised her voice and when she gets to a computer she can do it. I asked her not to raise her voice. She said she wasn't. I tried to ask to speak with a manager and she hung up before I could finish. I do not recommend andi don't care if a manager returns my call. I will never...
