Lu Lu's Pizza — Restaurant in Decatur

Hubby and I went to get a pizza and play a bit while we waited for our order. Let me first say that ordinarily, we LOVE Lulu's pizza, it's one of our favorites, but what we got last night was unacceptable, what is going on Lulu's? Girl taking my order was less than friendly, seemed annoyed that I interrupted her from her phone. Got the pizza home and it looked horrible! Way over cooked, the crust looked like cardboard and was about 4 inches wide the whole way around so only about half our pizza had any sauce and toppings. Crust was so hard and over cooked it was completely uneatable, the 10 or so small squares in the middle were rubbery and tasted like cardboard, the toppings and cheese were borderline burnt and tasteless. We are not picky, entitled people, it takes A LOT for me to complain, but this was by far the worst pizza...

Food was great. Our server was extremely rude, slow, and seemed as though she did not like her job. We never got refills and had to go up and ask for a to go box and our check because after getting our order, we never saw her again. We were the only ones in there, if she would have been busy, I would have understood . Help is hard to find right now. I've been here a few times, it's so good! I don't make it out to that side of Decatur much but it's worth it. They have a big gaming area, and the dining area is very clean. The staff was very busy but kept cool and professional. They felt bad cause my order was only like 5 min off and gave me a punch card with 6 puches toward a free pizza! (There are 10 punches.)
