McDonald's — Restaurant in Decatur

I went through the drive-thru ordered two fish fillet a McChicken a Big Mac and a medium fry. I got moved to the next window to wait which I was fine with. I finally got my food. I left to go home and when I got home I realized that they did not put the Big Mac in so I went back and when I went inside I told them that I was missing the Big Mac and I heard one of them say so. That's where it went and they were all chit-chatting and having fun when I walked in there so they gave me the sandwich that had been sitting there the whole time since I left the drive-thru. When I got home to my other cold food I opened up the Big Mac and half of it was from the fish sandwich. It had the steamed bun and the fish sandwich had the Big Mac bun. I didn't get a new sandwich. It was cold cuz it had been sitting there. The food I had brought home was cold because it was sitting there. Yes I should have checked my order before I left but I feel like they also should have checked it and the fact that I had to wait and I still didn't get the correct order is what upset me the most they were acting like they didn't know why I was upset when I went back and nobody offered a new sandwich. If I could give zero stars I would. Last night we went inside for dinner. I ordered 2 McDoubles with extra pickle, a small fry and a drink. My fries were cold, the ketchup from the tap was sour, the bread on my sandwiches was hard around the edges, and about the "extra pickle", I didn't know adding ONE pickle was considered extra. The service was horrendous. The girl who took our order acted like she had no clue what she was doing and when our food came up she yelled across the restaurant, "YOUR FOOD'S DONE!!". As we were eating a worker came to the back where we were sitting and moved 2 seats to block off the entrance to get to where we were because they didn't want any more people to sit in the back since they were close (over an hour) to closing the dining room. We had our 2 boys with us, one in a car seat. We had to move the chairs multiple times just to get refills and to get the carseat past the barricade. Then I couldn't help but overhear a conversation between 2 girls working behind the counter talking about a fight one of them was in. Keep in mind we were in the back of the restaurant. It was trashy and unprofessional to talk so loud and inappropriately at their place of work. It was the worst fast food experience I've ever had. We won't...

Absolutely disgusting!! We took our 3 grandchildren there for dinner. Only a few people inside no one outside in drive thru. Waited for 5 minutes to even get waited on and I was the only person in line. While waiting forever for our order looking at the kitchen area was awful. So dirty food all over the floor workers slipping and sliding on the greasy floor. Then when we got our order for the kids they didn't put the nuggets and cheeseburger in the happy meals. Seriously ??? The floors in the dining area and the play room were just as disgusting as the kitchen. Every table in the dining area and play room was dirty. There needs to be some adult supervision on each shift and someone that takes some pride in their appearance and work. I watched the manager handle money and then with her bare hand make a little girl an ice cream cone. A napkin to handle the cone or a plastic glove might have been nice. No one finished their food it was cold. I will not be visiting this Mc Donalds or any other one...
