for me, the service has gone downhill. or maybe it's one person in particular who is not very friendly and even seems burdened when she has to take your order. at least two times i waited so long for an order i had to ask where it was, and the last time i asked, it was because they'd lost the order then gave the excuse they got slammed with mobiles. it seems like they prioritize mobile orders over lobby orders, which is great if i have a mobile order but bad if i want to socialize in the lobby or do work. i've been receiving better service at the target starbucks. tbh i also get tired of the amount of gossiping i hear - including about other customers - when i'm in the lobby. i hadn't been here in a few weeks, so i guess i keep forgetting how lackluster it's become, but i think it's time to find a better place that appreciates repeat business. i feel bad bc some of the employees really are attentive and friendly. i just wish they'd also always be the ones at the register so the experience doesn't have to be so negative. also, i don't want excuses when you lose my order or take too long? just find a better way to manage the orders? limit mobile orders? shut down the lobby? allow target starbucks to do mobile orders? hire more people? make sure that the lobby or drive thru orders aren't lost among the mobile ones?? feels like it's just a bit disorganized, though i'm sure they do the best they can. i guess it takes one bad apple to...
Read moreWorst Starbucks I have ever been to. I live in Texas and had a 14 hr drive so I thought oh I need some coffee to get started. I ordered 10 min on mobile before I got there thinking it will definitely be ready by the time I get there psych. I sat in side for over 40 min and watched people come and go until I finally said something and then they made my drink. I rushed to leave because I was already late getting on the road and my drink was watered down and tasteless. I ended up throwing my food that I got away because it was cold and my nerves and anxiety wouldn't let me eat after that experience. This location is so unorganized and not educated well enough on drinks. I saw them mess up several drinks and people complain as I waited. I'm glad I don't live in the area so I never have to return to this location. Lastly y'all have 3 employees doing everything and 5 running in the back like they are doing something when they aren't. If you want quality id recommended not touching this location with a 10 ft pole. Read moreThey are very nice, but unable to get an order right. I started going to Starbucks as a way to treat myself. Last week I went and order ham and pepper bites and received something completely different. I was standing there so I told them they gave me the wrong order and they made me the right. No they charged me for the expensive sandwich and then gave me the cheaper with no refund. Today I ordered on the mobile app because I was running a bit late. Ran in order there ready. Grabbed it and went to work. Got to work sat down for me treat again I get something completely wrong. I ordered right the bag says it is right but not. I call they it was an honest mistake. 2 weeks in a row. Maybe they should teach their staff what their items are. So now I am out the money and no treat. Never again.
