"They don't give a Pluck !" This location is located inside the TA and has considerable room for improvement.
We walked up to the counter and ordered a 10 pc family meal deal that is on their app. The cashier had no idea how to put the info in and or use the redemption code given on the app. After 3 attempts including one from the manager, the manager went to another staff member to ask how to input the redemption code. Then followed up with using a ultra one credit and the rest with TA points and being told I can only use one not both.
I have used this method at many locations through out the country with no problems. The one cashier says yes while the manager says she doesn't do that on first shift but if 2nd shift does then she'll let it go.
So our food gets served to us and upon opening the box I noticed several pieces of chicken were lighter then the normal color of Popeyes typical color. I carefully bite into it and saw the meat was white and much juicier then normal. So I tear off a piece and sure enough the I discover red and PINK chicken. It was raw. So I go to the the counter and they admitted and apologized it was raw and will give us completely new chicken.
This was a good compensation so far and in about 20 min after receiving fresh chicken, we notice on several pieces not just one or two but many pieces actually still had feathers on the chicken. We were like wow and just could not believe the lack in quality control. This location needs a lot of help and retraining from corporate from management on down to the dinning room.
I seriously recommend to check your items carefully before anyone gets sick or chokes on feathers.
Have a great day and roll...

First, the restaurant opened 5 minutes late; Not a big deal, what happens next I'll never forget.
When they finally got going, one gentleman and the lady for feeling orders started arguing. As the argument went on, she says "I'll just go home" he looks at her says "you can go home now". Not sure if she went home, but she left.
After the argument, another young begins taking orders. After placing the first order, she realizes she needs paper for the receipts. Walks away, come back a few minutes later just to realize the credit card reader was not connected to the register. After messing around with it for for no less than 15 minutes, the decision was finally made to use the second register. Once again she had to go get paper.😳
Once they got that up and running the gentleman who argued with the young lady who left, decides to pick up his cell phone to call the company to fix the credit card reader on the first register.
I give him credit for trying to multitask, but he began opening and touching sandwich buns with gloves on at the same time he's touching his dirty cell phone with which he's moving from ear to ear. I asked the manager to mention something to him, which she asked him to walk to the back to finish the phone call.
After all that, I proceeded to chicken sandwiches when...
Read moreHere goes..... me and a friend ate at this Popeye location. This was the 1st time I visited Popeyes. That being said, my experience is limited to this one location. It was in the evening, so maybe that played a factor as well. I ordered chicken, mac and cheese, rice and beans, and a biscuit. My friend ordered chicken tenders and the mac and cheese. My food was good. The sides tasted good, but the small cup wasn't worth the cost. When I put the unsweetened tea in my cup, there were brown globs at the bottom of my cup. I'm not sure if this is normal for tea since I don't usually drink tea. It looked gross, so I dumped it and drank soda. My friends' chicken tenders were hard and chewy. She called it eating crispy cardboard. I tried one of her tenders, and she wasn't wrong. It was horrible. The restaurant was also dirty. The floor, soda machine, blinds, and chairs needed cleaned. 2 of the workers sneezed in close proximity to the food while we were sitting there eating our food. At this point, I started wondering about the food I just ate. I will not be coming back to...
