If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I understand it’s Christmas Eve and you don’t want to work, but at least give people respect. I ordered a number 22 and a four piece chicken tenders. Both meals. And an extra curly fry. What happened first, we pulled up to the window, a very white complexed woman took my card and charged me. She gave us one bag, it was only the curly fries. Then she walked away for about 5 minutes. Mind you, I’m watching all of them. I didn’t receive my card back, so I’m waiting. I’m watching her over fill our drinks and then touching all over the lid with her bare hands trying to clean it up. She hands me the drink and I ask her for my card, she didn’t give me my receipt. Then I asked her nicely where the rest of my food was and she gave me attitude stating she gave it to me. I tried to keep my composure because I work in customer service as well.she goes back waiting for the rest of the food and is eating while she’s touching our food, licking her fingers and all. Next she hands me the bag and it’s not the right food, I’m getting a little irritated because I keep telling her what we ordered, and she seems like she is confused or on something because she is telling me the same thing over and over again. Next, she gets this other girl, dark complexion and she opens the window to talk to me, she starts talking and I start talking back and she immediately said “I’m not talking to you” with an attitude. So in my head, I’m like why did you open the window then. Well they had gave us wrong items, which was two chicken sandwiches. We had already opened them to see if they were my sandwiches maybe wrapped in the wrong paper… they take them back and give them to someone else!!! At the end of it, they were very unprofessional and very very disrespectful. When I was trying to be nice the whole time. Then when she finally gave me my number 22, it didn’t have the hash browns either. I was so fed up, I didn’t ask for it. But I asked what their complaint number was. I said “do you happen to know the complaint number, I don’t like the way y’all have treated us” and she says “uhm no” with a very strong attitude and closes the...
Read moreOur adventure begins with the standard ordering of the food. Standard sandwich burger meals, with a few standard chili cheese curly fry orders, followed by a standard large 1/2 sweet 1/2 unsweetened tea.
Order complete.
As a drive around the bend towards my greasy transfat freedom, I am elated on the speed at which I reach the pick up window. The orders in front of me were quickly served and sent on their ways.
I pull up to the window.
A 4 foot, what I think was what they call a "burger gnome", female, greeted me with a smile, 17 piercings on her face, as well as a purple mane. She reviews the orders with me and then quickly starts placing the 4 meals into somehow 8 different bags. I did not complain because either way I would be receiving the meals.
Although chaotic in the midst of the burger gnome cave, they were able to scrounge up the patties in great time. Probably about 7 1/2 minutes. She then gave me a smile, or a frown, I'm not sure, and then sent me on my way.
I was very satisfied with this place and would recommend to a friend. My only side note would be to take the drive through, the inside sounded to me something like a hyenas fighting over an even louder hyena.
Great place!...
Read moreJack in the Box in general is not a favorite of mine, but this location is convenient to my work. I have to say I've been there twice so far and both times the employees have impressed me. During breakfast hours the cashier, I believe her name was Timo, was so pleasant and friendly, just heart warming. NEVER underestimate that quality in an employee. I'll choose to return just for the warm feeling and smile they give me. At lunch today Christofer was also so friendly and helpful. I had refused a drink originally, because I'm diabetic and I don't care for soft drinks. I asked Christofer if the flavoured teas came sugar free. There was some confusion but finally he told me they did come sugar free. He went out of his way to answer my questions and give me the flavored tea I requested, where a lot of employees would have brushed me off with a quick no. And it was delicious! It's difficult for me to find a place that offers sugar free drinks I like. I'll definitely make a special stop regularly just for the tea. Thank you to both, and if management reads this, think about offering these two a raise, they are boosting...
