FR Depot — Local services in Deer Park

I ordered 2 pairs of FR Jeans and steel toe boots online for work because I could not find anything locally and the website states shipping within 3 days so I thought they were a good site to shop from. When I ordered I sized up and I placed my order with enough time that if something did not fit I could return or exchange it, however, these people never actually shipped my order within the 3 days like they falsely claimed they would. First, instead of calling or emailing to notify me that the boots I ordered were not in stock, they placed the order as “pending”, they did not even try to ship my jeans. I called about 5 days after placing the order and that’s when I found out that they “didn’t know” I still needed the jeans. Zero common sense! They said my jeans would ship out that same day and they still took an additional four days to ship that took me calling daily for these people to actually work. I did pay $16 extra for Fed Ex shipping so at least they got here pretty quickly, however, by the time they got here I only had time to try them on just to find out they didn’t fit. Now I have to pay additional shipping to send the jeans back and wait for a refund. These people are not communicative at all and customer service seriously sucks! All you get is excuses as to why they don’t actually work and ship out your items. Shop somewhere else people, don’t waste your time or money at this...

The young ladies that helped a fellow woman in need were amazing!! Kylei and Sadie, you gals were fantastic; they displayed everything that describes TOP-TIER customer service!

I was having a hard time finding a pair of pants that fit me COMFORTABLY, which meant I had to try on a million pairs of pants. Sadie was kind and patience with me every time I came back again and again to the fitting room; she’s very polite and didn’t make me feel embarrassed or uncomfortable about it!

Another employee; Kylei noticed this and ran around the store to find a pair of pants that she thought would be comfortable for me and when I say I have never had service this good in a while; I mean it! She even brought me a pair of boots to try on so I could see how they would look with the pants; very thoughtful! I bought those boots and wore them all day long! These women are AWESOME AND VERY HARDWORKING!

Darlin is the best! She knows her stuff when it comes to proper embroidery placement, including patch placement for the American and Texas flags, as well as name placement. She originally assisted me with the first Ariat jacket I purchased as a gift for my husband, and thanks to her expertise, he has received countless compliments on it.
