Worst service I’ve ever received. The man at the window was so rude and had not even the slightest bit of manners. He didn’t even give me my receipt. I had ordered 2 small vanilla cones, 1 blizzard, 1 small sundae, a grilled cheese and 6 pc chicken tenders box. They gave me my ice cream right away and asked me to pull to the front where they made me wait maybe 12 mins. Once our cones started to melt badly, I went back into the line and pulled up to the window where the rude man didn’t even look over at me, just continued to make blizzards. Then I hear this girl saying she went outside and there was no black car and everyone acts like I’m not just parked there waiting to be spoken to. So I yell out “Excuse me! That’s my food, I’ve been waiting for a while and my ice cream is all melted.” Then they only hand me a box with the tenders. So I ask where the grilled cheese is and the rude old man comes over and proceeds to tell me I never ordered a grilled cheese. Even though he even repeated it back to me and my husband had also heard him repeat it back to me. No apologies, not even the slightest bit of sincerity. So I came home with my melted ice cream, and some over cooked hard tenders that took an entire 12+ minute wait. This place is garbage, the management is garbage and the service was so incredibly terrible that I’ll be calling corporate tomorrow to make a formal complaint. I don’t care how long the day has been or how overwhelmed you feel, it’s not the customers fault and you owe them the minimum amount of respect. I wish I could give 0 stars. And if the rude old man who runs the place is reading this, if you don’t change your attitude you are going to lose your business and with the way you treat people, you don’t deserve to own a business. And don’t worry, you’ll never have to serve me again, because I’ll never come back to spend $1 at your business. I’ll make the extra 5 minute drive to sonic...

So I walk into dairy queen center st and immediately head to bathroom to wash my hands and there's zero, not even 1 drop of soap or antibacterial in the 2 wall mounts. So I walked out to register and ask 1 of the cashiers....Do you all have separate bathrooms than the customers and I was told No, why do I ask. I said because there's 2 big dispensers on the wall and BOTH are completely out (not even a spec coming out) and the cashier says OH yeah we don't have any soap today, maybe tomorrow (saying this with a straight honest face) So I asked, what do you all wash your hands with when working and cashier replied with....Only water right now. (Which I'm willing to bet that No soap = No water either....What's the point?!?) I've always had my concerns about this location, from the fountain drink machine in the guest lobby ALWAYS has a pesticide smell (oh and when I asked about that one time, I was told (with the same honesty) oh we just fumigated the lobby yesterday) Well...each time I have been in the lobby (only 3x) the lid to the ice portion of the fountain drink machine has not been on top. Which leads me to believe (and taste) their previous nights fumigation efforts. NOPE! NOT...
Read moreLet me start off saying, i myself am an american born indian (parents are from india)
We live in deer park, and my nephew is 3 and he likes to go play in play areas, like McDonalds, but one night we were in the mood for ice cream, so we went to this DQ, because they have a play aea. We dont let him play in the ball pit, because i dont thnk it has ever been cleaned, but the slide he can play on, then he takes a shower, once he gets home.
Anyhow, we were ordering our food and the guy was speaking in hindi, which i can understand, to another coworker, which i think the whole staff fits the DQ stereotype of being either paki or indian. Well speaking hindi is rude, because i dont dont believe in speaking another language, in front of others, if you are the owner/employee of a business, in the business itself.
The part the ticket me off was, he was making comments on my nephew, playing in the play area, and how kids hispanic kids grow up and become worthless laborers, i dont think he realized we were indian. also, while we sat and ate our food, they made filthy comments about a interracial couple (gentleman was black, woman was white) that walked in. Calling the man a "nier" in hindi and saying that the woman is with him for one reason and one reason only, because of his big d*...
anyhow, all this happened right in front of the customer, as the snickered and laughed and smiled...
