Service could have been better considering there was no one in line. The young men had good attitudes tho but slow moving . They kinda remind me of Beavis & Butthead. The blonde hair one really tried hard to get the order back right but it went left so quick. They forgot my cookie too. I didn't even know that until I was on 225 headed to downtown. I decided to try the boneless wings and they were really good. They didn't give me napkins but the one inside the fork set. I just didn't like that because who only uses one little tiny napkin while eating some drenched BBQ wings is all I'm saying. Then my drinks were originally sprite but the sprite was out and deceiving as hell. It was hot outside so I was thirsty between the BBQ sauce and the heat I was ready to refresh myself with a nice cold sprite. Not a mouth full of carbonated water omg I almost choked to death in the back parking lot. I drove around another customer just to get to the window and the little brown hair brace face one kinda ignores me waving my arms around. I got the attention of the little blonde guy & he tells me he can replace it like give me Sprite again. After drinking the spicy salty weird flavor water I didn't want sprite anymore in this lifetime, so I decided to get another drink. They took a little long to just replace the drinks but very apologetic. They were really trying hard but just slow as snails. The fries were very fresh and other than the 2 drinks being bad and them forgetting my cookie they were O.K. They tried but could improve on the coordination of what each workers job is to do. The one with the head set clearly wasn't able to pay attention at the window. The other worker noticed which maybe he also should be at the window as a second attendant. There were plenty of workers when I went. There were some outside and crossing the street so they have plenty of staff. They could improve but they had good attitudes and weren't rude. Read moreI have been at this location when it first open the surface was good the food was okay, after a few weeks a month I come back to check up on the service to see if it's improved or changed for the worst. Upon coming back every time the food has been the same but the service has been very questionable because you can hear the employees yell at each other in argument. The orders do not get made properly because there are too much arguing between the employees and managers, half the time there is no one wanting the front or managing the front for order taking. Most of the time the lobby is dirty and never cleaned up such as the tables have trash the floors or dirty from foot traffic, the seats have left over food or trash on them. As of today 4/8/24 I had ordered a grilled chicken sandwich the meal and I have modified it simply and it was made correct, but upon getting my drink from the soda station I had opted to get a sweet tea that did not taste like sweet tea at all I had tried to notify the individual who was supposed to be managing the front only to be told off by the employees saying "do not start that" in a rude tone to a customer (such as me) I can also hear the employees arguing with the manager as the manager seems to not understand that running an operation means understanding and organizing their employees for their shift lead. I probably wouldn't come inside to dine in anymore let alone take my chances with the drive-through since I've had seen three people come inside to complain about the orders being wrong in the drive-through. This location continuously gets orders wrong, this incompetence in turn causes a delay for everyone else. On two occasions trips to this location have taken in excess of 45 minutes. Once, 15 minutes in the drive thru, then 30 minutes to correct the order, actually screwing it up again, and having to make it a third time. Another occasion I used their online app, arrived and notified them via the app I was in curbside #3, and waited 10 minutes. I then called and notified them I was still waiting. They assured me it would be right out. 10 minutes later, I went inside and asked what the delay was. After another delay, they found my order, sans drink, shoved off in a corner. I then waited while they remade the order, along with another guy who was waiting for his order while his friends, who all ordered at the same time, ate and started to gather around. Apparently a group of angry looking guys staring into the kitchen caught the attention of the manager who came out and yelled at the cashier (who didnt screw up) while he was trying to take another person's order. Way to fail! Finally, they brought my order out, mostly correct, and offered me a free apple pie. I accepted and they gave me a free lemon pie.
I will give credit where credit is due, when they get the order correct, their burgers are usually pretty tasty. Actually, even when they get the order wrong, it can still be pretty good.
