Timeout #3 Sports Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Deer Park

I just left this place after sitting for 27 MINUTES without being served or even greeted! Meanwhile there were only 2 other tables occupied and one that was mostly finished was still visited once more by the waitress and the other one was visited FOUR TIMES! Both waitresses looked at me then walked back in each time. While I waited all this time, there were 2 girls that walked onto the porch and sat down at the bar to get service 3 minutes later and 3 ladies who sat down at the bar who got service in less than 2 minutes. This is not the first time I've both seen and experienced this as of recently. My last visit the place quickly turned into a hangout just for the staff and their friends where the waitresses spent most of their time sitting at their tables chatting with no mind to anyone else. When the bar opened, it seemed like it was going to be a great local place in walking distance to go despite the OVERPRICED FOODS for the quality you're getting, but it is run into the ground by management and staff that don't care about anything at all. That type of NEGLECT translates to the work and cleanliness of an establishment including sanitization of food prep areas, so I am glad to have not been able to order anything tonight due to ZERO SERVICE. There are so many better establishments to go to. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME...

Went on a Tuesday after a volleyball game and they were some what busy but we were able to get a table by the bar for 5. The waitress was sweet. Their food is super freaking good for a bar!!! I’m shocked. Definitely gonna be our spot every Tuesday.

Wings were so fresh and tasty. You could tell they put some TLC into those wings - hot lemon pepper is always my go to, and thankfully a friend let me try his but I’ll def be ordering my own next go around especially since it’s buy 6, get 6 free!

My boyfriend got the Siracha burger I think and that was also yummy along with his seasoned fries - to die for.

My other friend got the chicken strip basket and it looked good, gravy was a plus.

I got the fried egg burger and added bacon, no pickles. Sooooooo damn good. Best burger I’ve had ina while.

The plus was the great beer prices. Perfection honestly for a Tuesday. Oh and we got the appetizer for the egg rolls. Ugh so yummy. No complaints here. (Sad I didn’t get pics - will update...

We ordered 2 cocktails, and we noticed right away that the color was off, and they didn't taste very good at all. The boudin balls were okay as an appetizer, but the Philly cheese steak was disgusting. We waited about 15 min for our drinks and 30 min after that for our food, which came out at the same time. We only saw our waitress thouse three times, and when the food got there, I told her to just bring the check right away. They weren't even busy that night it was a weeknight. There were a maximum of 15 people there, 3 waitresses and 2 bartenders. We used to go to timeout when it was on Fairmount they always had good drinks, no food, and it wasn't as nice of a place, this one is bright and welcoming, but it was bigger and more pool tables, this one only has one, and the old one felt more lively with a younger crowd.
