If you haven’t been to BOWLD in Boca Raton, do yourself a favor and fix that immediately. Victor helped me with my order and was an absolute gem—super patient, explained all the options like a true food whisperer, and didn’t rush me even though I had 1,001 questions.
What I really love is that everything here is made in-house from scratch, and it shows in the flavor. The brown rice and quinoa combo? Honestly the best I’ve had at any restaurant. Like, I could eat that by itself.
I went with shrimp and brisket as my proteins—both are 🔥 and highly recommendable. The shrimp was juicy, the brisket was tender, and together, they were a power couple in my bowl.
They also have poke bowls and açaí bowls, which is clutch if you're feeling something lighter or sweeter. Speaking of sweet—the almond brittle on the açaí bowl? HOUSEMADE. I added it on a whim and immediately ordered more. It’s that good. Like, “where have you been all my life” good.

First thing I noticed is the prices are more money than what’s posted online. Which I feel has to stop with these places prices have to be updated and current.
As far as the food, they had a handful of options I happen to get the brown rice and quinoa as a base. I got citrus, chicken and chicken Shawarma as my protein and roasted broccoli and green beans is my veggies. All of it was pretty good the chicken both types was definitely juicy and good.
The toppings, most of them were bland in my opinion. The tzatziki definitely needs work. It was thin and watery, and really not good at all.
I got the large bowl. It was $18 and change and I actually left hungry.
It was twice the price of chipotle and I don’t think it was worth it. I don’t really see any reason to return there was nothing That I...
Read moreBowl'd was interesting. Went with a friend... I got the poke bowl, she got the brisket. The poke bowl was exactly what I wanted. The ingredients were fresh, crisp, tasty. The gentleman working there had recommendations. The space has seating at the front of the location, as well as in the back which was really nice. The poke bowl ingredients are kept behind the line, meaning you can't see them. My friend also noted that the only meat option they had was brisket and that they should have a carne asada or a mushroom sauce with meat. I don't think the business would be opposed. They don't have too many drinking options for kiddos. Lemonade from the fountain is all we could get our kids. Maybe an apple juice or something might be...
