Customer Service was amazing! I have a very wimpy mouth that can't handle anything spicy, so I asked if the quesabirria was spicy. They brought me some of the consume that comes with it to try, and it wasn't too spicy, so I ordered that. I tried the meat first while it cooled down, and it was delicious. But when I took a bite of the quesaberria, there was something in it that was far too spicy for me. My husband had gotten the buffet, so we asked if he could get me a couple tortillas from there. They offered to remake the whole dish for me, but I didn't want the food to be wasted, so I simply had the regular tortillas and ate some of the meat. Our waitress came out from the kitchen and sid that the cook felt bad that it was too spicy for me, so he made flan for me. That was so very sweet and great customer service! Went here with the family and let me just say it was an amazing experience! The atmosphere was perfect, the food was delicious and the Staff was super friendly. Got an appetizer of Papas Enchiladas and they were so yummy! Hubby got un Molcajete and the salsa was so flavorful. My mother in law got Chile's Rellenos, she loved them and she is a tough critique of Mexican Food lol. I got Enchiladas Verdes de Pollo, they were delicious as well. My baby got Birria Tacos and their meat was very tender and full of flavor. There Aguas frescas were also very good! The staff is very friendly but they do get busy and can take a little longer to attend to you. However, the service is still very good. The atmosphere is bright and cheery during the day and dark and charming at night. The evenings are dimly lit and perfect for either a romantic dinner or an intimate night out with friends and family. Certain nights feature a live mariachi band which enhances the the overall aesthetic and charm. But let’s be honest, we come for the food, right? Well, the food is excellent.
