Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Delano

WHERE DO I BEGIN! If you want your day to start bad, start it by going to jack n box Delano. i gave them 2 stars only because they are consistently bad. everytime i go there, theres always some sort of problem. todays visit, no soft drinks only orange juice or apple juice. no side salads. you roll up to the drive thru, window and counter is fealthy. manager was pouting about how the system was malfunctioning. my food bag falls on the floor before giving it to me. they tried charging me for the no side salad and drink. the manager even got bothered that i reminded him not to charge me the items they didnt have. food was given to me not hot. my tacos and fries were under a heat lamp hot. i only choose to go here because this is the only place in Delano i can get a burger before 5am. todays visit was definetely a miss. To start, I get it it's busy and late, but it's to take 10 mins to get me my food while I wait in a window and you guys chat it up. It's just plain ridiculous. Also, I heard the comments you tried hiding by closing the window. I didn't say anything as i figured yall had a long day. Anyways, I sip my drink of Hi-C / chemical infested water and try to call to warn you about it, and then you don't pick up the phone. I had to leave a review for everyone to see if they do not under any circumstances go here. It's unprofessional, and anyone employed here needs to be reprimanded, and managers need to be fired. So so sad ,this location is so bad i got an order fries and when i got them they were not even warm in the warmer they were cold i asked for another batch and so the drive thru girl got upset and proceeded to tell me to go to the front and park i did about 2min later after parking she comes out with my fries i said thank u and started driving off but just then i find out the top fries were hot and the bottom were as cold as the first time long story short i called the store from the parking lot and the person that answered said she was the crew leader i asked for supervisor and she laughed and said same thing. Hmmm you draw ur own conclusion im done with that jack...next time ill drive to another...
