Frosty King — Restaurant in Delano

Last night I and my husband came here for a late night dinner pick up. Ordered a burger and chicken strips combo. Pretty simple. We get our order and go home. I open my container to find no chicken strips. We go back, and here is why I gave them a 5 star rating. They were very courteous and apologetic about what had happened. Not only did they give us our original order but they gave us a fresher batch of even more strips and two ice cream cones. I would have settled for the fresh batch. But they go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. And that's why they are THE BEST burger...

So I just went to frosty king to get my usual, which is a number 7 San Joaquin special. This is the second time I don't get the burger I wanted. The first time there was no pastrami it was filled with jalapenos. This time today at 5:30 I went and ordered the same San Joaquin special and there was no pastrami and when I asked the girl at the window if it had pastrami she just closed the window on me. Am not sure what's going on with this establishment but check your food before you leave. Smh I tried calling an the phone seems not...

I have to say this place is one of the best places I've eaten a hamburger. They're veggie burgers are so awesome. I have nothing bad to say, about this place. I did have some issues with them charging me twice on my card but they were so professional about it and very polite. I wasn't upset at all, and they try their very best to satisfy the customer. And it's not long either, you order your food and within reasonable time you get it. I recommend their veggie burger with cheese and that awesome Secret...
