The Little Boba Shop — Restaurant in Delano

So I've been here a handful of times and usually my orders come out pretty good. I can't recall ever really having my order wrong or bad except today the boba was a bit hard. The vibe of the place is usually pleasant. The only part that I feel needs work is the customer service. The last couple times I've come thru I received no greetings it was kind of awkward. And when I was inquiring about the menu she was giving me nonchalant answer. I don't think she was doing it on purpose but it was still awkward. The second time I came around it was the same kind of service different worker. No greeting awkward ending now to be fair I didn't feel either worker was purposely being rude it's just seemed more of an inexperience thing. Like I said the environment vibe was pleasant the drinks are usually good it's just the service...

This is one of my favorite places in Delano, but lately customer service has been bad. I have not been able to make a phone order in a long time. I have tried in two different Sundays. One time when they didn't answer I went in person and noticed the staff ignoring the phone. I like to do phone orders, since I like to customize mu orders and mu order is not available for online ordering. Im temporarily living outside Delano. Today I came home for the weekend looking forward to getting an acai bowl with pitaya, but unfortunately I gave up after calling twice. I hope in the future online ordering is improved. I wouldn't mind being put on hold for phone orders.

Next time im in town, im going to go somewhere elseHopefully customer service improves...

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place. I used to live in wasco & would be always coming sometimes just to get boba. Even when I was working in Visalia, Hanford, I would still make the trip to here just for the boba & the vibe is super cozy & everyone there are always friendly. Only thing is I wish they could extend & make the place bigger to have more seating so us customers can kick back. Even now that I live on the outskirts of Bakersfield, I still drive to the Delano location for a boba drink because I KNOW it’s worth it, I have never ever gotten a bad drink or interaction with the workers.
