Update may 4 ,2020 (900pm) Got ahold of the manager ! And she’s was extremely friendly and great customer service I’m glad she was able to help me ! She was amazing and completely changed my mind about it she offered to make me my drink personally and said that’s definitely not the way Starbucks handles it I’m very happy thank you so much monse! P.s I might have been a lil dramatic but dam I was really upset the way the cashier handled it like cheer up girl

At around 8 pm I have never in my life experienced horrible customer service in my life . Went today and ordered a normal drink and I ordered it with a Carmel drizzle my drink was extremely watered down and no caramel once again every time I go to this store they have a big attitude. The girl didn’t apologize at all and didn’t say they can make me a new one just grabbed another cup and filled it with caramel inside and out and threw it at me and closed the drive thru window on my face . Called to speak to a manager they picked up and hanged up . I will never go to this Starbucks ever again .
Every time I go to this Starbucks they never ever make my drink right . Plus there’s this guy who takes orders sometimes and is extremely rude ! Super sloppy with there drinks . Highly recommend the Starbucks...

Finally 20 min later we finally get to orders we actually pulled up to the speaker and didn’t get help until 6 min later finally we get to the window to pay we do so and when she is handing us our drinks we noticed they were the wrong size . She asked us to pull in the parking to get down so we’re inside were explained the mistake to the cashier and asked my daughter to slide the credit card she charged us again full price instead of just charging me the difference for the larger size. We waited there for another 30 min while waiting there my daughter and I seen 2 customers go back saying they got the wrong order one the pastry’s. Read moreWhat such bad service!!! We come up to the window after a 30 min wait in the drive through, and according to the employees they don’t have change for $100 bill. Mind there’s no signs, no kind of warning To let us know that they don’t accept big bills. Anthony being the manager had no kind of solution for this problem! None being none at all. Apart from that being kicked out of the drive through and invited inside to pay for my drinks, “so they could keep the line moving we’re his words” (mind we waited a long 30 min before that).
