Worst restaurant experience I have ever had.

Took 90 minutes to get our food with only 2 other tables in the dining room (we were a 4 top with a young child), had a table that showed up over 30 minutes AFTER us get server their food first (they were also a 4 top of all grown adults). Server, although nice, was severely inattentive and would disappear for longer than normal stretches of time. Server didn't come to our table for almost 30 minutes at one point, tried to flag her down and get her attention but nothing worked. Being from the industry I try to be patient because I know what it's like, but the place was dead. No excuse. I had to get up to go find someone at one point because for a solid 10-15 minutes there was no one in the dining room.

Was on my way to the kitchen to inform them to cancel our dinners (since there was no server to tell) when she rounded the corner with our food. FOS and fish and chips were good, but everything else we ordered was dry and clearly sat under the heat lamp for too long. I don't fault the kitchen here. Literally had to ask for the check and boxes when our entrees arrived because we genuinely did not know when we would see the server again. Didn't bother making a fuss there since all I wanted to do was go home, but the server should have clearly been able to identify that something was wrong. Scarfed down our food, paid, and left, most likely to never return.

After a long six-hour drive with my family of seven, we were warmly welcomed. Although our arrival didn’t start off as expected. Initially, a waitress informed us that the dining room was closed, but she promptly went to speak with upper management to see if they could accommodate us. And accommodate us they did! Kathy, our server, was an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, she treated us like we were her own family. Her warmth and friendliness instantly made us feel at home. Despite the hustle and bustle of the restaurant, Kathy was always on her game—running back and forth, ensuring that our glasses were full and our needs were met. Her attentiveness was remarkable, and she always had a genuine smile on her face. The food was fantastic and clearly prepared with care. Each dish was fresh and delicious, which was the perfect reward after our long journey. It’s not just the quality of the food that stood out, but the exceptional service provided by Kathy made our dining experience truly unforgettable. Kathy is a shining example of what customer service should be—dedicated, friendly, and incredibly hardworking. She definitely deserves a raise for her outstanding service! Fáilte Irish Pub is an absolute gem! I hadn’t been here in years, but I decided to come back, and I’m so glad I did. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home. The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure that every detail of your experience is perfect. The service is quick and efficient, but never rushed, allowing you to truly relax and enjoy your time.
