Goodies On 739 — Restaurant in Dingman Township

The food here is actually, really incredibly good. I don't mean good for the area or good relatively... It's just absolutely delicious. You can tell when the people making the food love it themselves, and this is that kind of food. If you're at all unsure about the food--you think it will be too spicy or too different-- please rest assured that I can't think of anybody I know that wouldn't love this food (including my 80 year old father who thinks black pepper is flaming). Lastly, the people/service is excellent and the prices are incredibly generous. If they served this on little, rectangular white porcelan plates and dressed it up, you might be paying 4 times as much in a swank, small plates resteraunt in the city. An awesome deal.

There is a window in front that orders are taken or you can order by phone, that's the reason for low Atmosphere rating.

As this was my first time at Goodies, I ordered 4 different empanadas to try and they were very good. I'm from NY so a Chopped Cheese(Google it) is a go-to, glad to find Goodies has a couple of Chopped Cheese empanadas. Chicken, bacon & cheese empanada was really good as well.

If you've been hesitant to try Goodies because every item is Air Fried, put your worries away, this seems like a good place to stop by for lunch or ordering...

The Empanadas were excellent. But to place the order was difficult. No one answers the phone I drove by says open but I had to knock on the window pretty hard finally a person slides the window stays back in the dark of the room … I felt like I was doing business with a Bookie or a speak easy under cover joint. Very weird seems to me the wanna do More Catering then waiting on person to person… Shame but I’ll do my business else where. But again I repeat the Empanadas were good but too small ant too much...
