Arby's — Restaurant in Delaware

Roast beef sandwich, Had a first night with a HARBLE tast like it been sitting around not covered,refrigerated at all. Smelled like the restrant being mopped with old dirty water a small odor of lingering bleach soaked into the sandwich beef and old stale not fresh roll so both have distinct smell explained here in with old not fresh roll and old beef after 3 bites just to be sure return back to manager and received a apology and left as hungry still as much as when I made my order, not happy as could have been if I was offered fresh sand, it's one of my old time favorite sandwiches been having since I was a little boy with horsey sauce it makes the best taste looking forward to it as soon as I get taste into my mouth. Shame this happened have not had a erge since I know I can get it back right away if manager did right thing and offered me a fresh sandwich, saving a long time roast beef guy would have been back ordering half dozen by now and telling everyone about my experience with my favorite choice that was made to make sure I was very happy to tell as many people as I could, even more so how...

I usually don’t have an issue with this Arby’s and love their Market Fresh Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwich. However today we were given what looked like the basic ingredients of a turkey sandwich on a normal bun... usually it comes in a wrap with white bread and is amazing. This came in a box with a bun, melted cheese, what tasted like honey mustard, no mayo, no ingredients that were suppose to be on it, and falling apart. We were charged full price a sandwich that was incorrect. My boyfriend got the market fresh turkey Swiss and his was perfectly fine. Don’t know why mine wasn’t at all what I ordered. Looked like a beef and cheddar but with turkey. :/

Worst service I’ve ever had at this location. At the drive thru. I was asked “what else” that already pissed me off.. then the attitude giving my total. That’s not it.. get to the window.. same attitude when giving her my money she snatched it and slammed my change in my hand. Then handing me my food she pretty much shoved my food at me. I loud said thank you have a good day! What happened to great customer service. I could understand if it was busy.. the other workers were standing around and one car was behind me. This is not a person I would want running my business!
