I don’t ever write reviews, but this was a terrible experience. I had ordered 2 blizzards through the mobile app for pickup in the drive thru since they always lock their doors earlier than 10pm. When we got to the window and told them our name, the girl said that it was “partially ready” so we should pull into spot #1 and wait until it was done. Ten minutes later, we see the employees in the store looking and pointing at our car so we just assumed they were talking about our order and where to bring it. WRONG. Five more minutes pass by and STILL nothing. I walked up to the locked door and started knocking on it so I can find out where our order was. I saw one girl behind the counter jester not to answer the door, as if I was just one of those last minute customers coming to order. Instead I was the customer that already ordered and was told to sit in the spot to wait for it. I walked over to the window to try to get the other girl’s attention who was cleaning the tables. She finally looked up and I tried to jester through the glass that I had ordered and was still waiting in the pickup spot. She couldn’t understand me so eventually her manager came up to the door and unlocked it to talk to me. I explained to him the situation and he was apologetic, so he rushed back inside to find out what happened to my order. Turns out the drive-thru girl shouldn’t have parked us and then someone I guess “completed” or cleared off the screen so our order was forgotten.
The part of the experience that was most disappointing was while I was waiting for the manager to remake my order, the two girls standing behind the counter kept looking and giving me these stank attitude faces like I was inconveniencing them. I didn’t appreciate the dirty looks at all.

TLDR : bad, bad, bad
Went here for lunch with my 12 year old daughter after doing the Go Ape ziplines at Lums pond. I got an A-1 burger with onion rings, she got a freeze drink and chicken nuggets.
I had to repeat my order 2 times for the server. The person seemed to be half asleep. It took about 15 minutes to get what we ordered - granted it was mid afternoon, but the time was still excessive. The manager did apologize.
They were out of the flavor of freeze that my daughter wanted. This is just logistics management 101. How does a fast food place run out of a non-perishable flavoring? The owner or manager clearly is not on top of the operations.
Burger was meh. BK or McDonalds far superior. Too much sauce and not fresh beef. Just bad quality overall. Onion rings were ok - BK is way better.
My daughters freeze drink had pieces of plastic in it. They did replace it, however that's just totally unacceptable.
Tiles in the ceiling had water stains and most of the cloth backing on the seats was heavily worn. Owners obviously not keeping up with maintenance, I doubt this would pass a corporate franchise inspection which DQ is obviously not doing, so just a total...

We stood at the counter for several minutes while employees milled around behind the counter, some working, most talking amongst themselves. We wondered when someone would come to take orders. Finally a sullen girl with dyed red hair addressed the customer in front of us. Apparently he tried to pay with a card at the drive up and had a problem. The girl got visibly frustrated with the issue and a manager came. He tried to assist and she had attitude with him. Before our turn came, the manager barked at us that the dining room was closing in 15 minutes. We would have no problem with that, but a party of 4 or 5 teens in the other line who ordered a lot of food were not told about the dining room closing. We only ordered shakes and blizzards. And after our food was received other patrons who continued entering were not told about the dining room closing. And as we were preparing to leave just before 9:30 people were still coming in. And the tables were not clean and one table had a cleaning rag...
