Kids Empire Bear - A fantastic place to Play Big! Kids Empire in Bear, Delaware is an amazing indoor playground where kids can truly "Play Big!" My kids (ages 6 and 9) absolutely love it here, and I have to admit, I enjoy it too! There's a fantastic variety of activities to keep them entertained for hours, from the exciting mazes and slides to the dedicated toddler area for the little ones. What makes Kids Empire stand out is the sheer scale of the play structures. The mazes are multi-level and full of twists and turns, with plenty of obstacles to climb over, under, and through. My 9-year-old was thrilled to navigate the mazes and loved the challenge of finding his way through the different levels. The slides are super fun, and there's even a mini soccer field where the kids can burn off some extra energy. For the younger ones, there's a dedicated toddler area with a ball pit, small slides, and soft play structures, perfect for my 6-year-old who had a blast in the ball pit and making new friends. I also appreciate that Kids Empire is designed with safety in mind. The play areas are well-maintained, and the staff is attentive and friendly. Plus, the fact that adults can play too is a huge bonus! It's great to be able to join in the fun and make memories with my kids. We had a blast going down the slides together and exploring the mazes. Birthday Parties at Kids Empire Kids Empire is also a great place to host birthday parties. They offer hassle-free party packages that include reserved seating, extended park access, a birthday parade, invitations, goodie bags, and even a birthday cake. This takes the stress out of party planning and allows you to focus on celebrating with your child and their friends. They have everything from chips and candy to fruit gummies and juice boxes, perfect for a quick energy boost during playtime. Just remember that all visitors are required to sign a waiver, and socks are mandatory for both children and adults. Value for Money One of the things that impressed me most about Kids Empire is the value for money. Compared to other indoor play areas like Candeland, which charges a similar price for only 2 hours of play, Kids Empire offers all-day access with re-entry. This means you can make a whole day of it and even leave for lunch and come back without having to pay again. Overall, I highly recommend Kids Empire in Bear, Delaware. I had a very bad experience at the location in Bear, Delaware today. I visited with two friends whose children are 14 months and 11 months. We had an issue when filling out the safety waivers. After filling out the waiver the staff member said that it kept coming up on their computer that my daughter was 1 years old even though she is not, so I would have to pay the price for that age. She is 11 months so it should be free for her to enter. So she asked me to fill it out again. I filled it out four times total including one time on my phone, & it still did not work. When we asked to speak to the manager to see what we can do to fix this she came out with an attitude and simply said we would have to fill out the waiver again and she didn't know what was wrong. Then as she was walking away she made a comment saying "I don't have the patience for this".

That is extremely unprofessional especially when working in a place with children, where you have to have patience. After that we decided to get a refund for my one friend who had been there before and did not have an issue with the waiver and it took 20 minutes before the staff member told us that they were trying to contact customer support through their phone and were not having any luck. We were there for an hour total dealing with this and our three babies did not get to play at all.

Extremely disappointed with management at this location. The manager did not come out at all after speaking with her the first time. She kept sending her staff members back giving us answers and responses that did not make sense. Not sure why she was not able to come out and speak with us herself as that is what managers are supposed to do. When we asked what her name was the staff members acted very strange and did not want to give her name and said they weren't sure. Do not recommend...

This is the place to go if you have a child under the age of like 9-10. We’ve been here a few times with a 2 and 4 year old and they love it. Recently had a birthday party for daughter’s 5th birthday. It was a super easy process- booked online for the date and put $150 deposit. About a week prior someone reached out to confirm the number of kids and adults, identify what kind of pizza , decorations and if we wanted their cake. We opted to bring a cake and got a discount because of it. They also offer discount if you do not want their pizza. We opted to have them decorate. Overall, as a busy mom I appreciate they handled everything from the cake, food, drinks, fruit snacks and even the goodie bags! We did bring a few small items to add to the drawstring goodie bags.
