Dunkin' — Restaurant in Delaware

employee was sweeping behind donut counter stirring up dust on the the donuts.Donuts were not covered while she swept...this is unsanitary to say the least,also a young teenage employee was preparing food with one hand ..no gloves,and viewing his phone with the other..behind the counter preparing food he was on Facebook, he laid his phone down on the food counter and put his hands back on the food,definitely unsanitary,I'm sure his phone is full of germs and bacteria,and should not be in his hands in the work place while he is preparing food,older lady at the counter DIDNOT address it,he probably does it all the time,NASTY,I live real close to this establishment and I never get anything,that isn't wrapped from the manufacturer,THESE PEOPLE ARE NASTY,AND IM GONNA CALL THE...

Not only are the donuts undercooked and overpriced, but for some strange reason whenever I place my order thru the app I’m always waiting for it to be prepared… AFTER I’ve arrived. And ALL I EVER ORDER ARE 25 GLAZED MUNCHKINS!!!!! Which I don’t even get all 25 of because the older white lady there in the morning shorts me. Definitely not my first choice but it’s convenient...

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COFFEE. They are rude and don’t know what they are doing. We live around the corner and would go here every morning and spend $$ but EVERYTIME we try again the coffee is horrible and they have ATTITUDES. If you don’t know how to make a coffee that’s Dunkin’ promotes go get training!!! Every other location we never have...
