Dunkin' — Restaurant in Delaware

I rated this same Dunkin' about 7 years ago. This Dunkin' has improved so much since then, with a new drive through, faster and nicer staff, a better updated app, new food options, etc. I still bring my son here all the time, he gets his usual: sausage egg and cheese on an English Muffin, hash browns and sometimes a glazed donut. He tried loaded hash browns for the first time this last time we visited. He doesn't usually away from his original order because he doesn't like to try new things, but I think he finished the loaded hash browns in about 30 seconds and must have said how amazing they were probably 9 times after he finished them. 🤣😂. I think he likes those. I have since gotten a service dog since my last review and sometimes the person at the drive thru window will see Enzo and give him a small pup cup. However, our server at the drive thru this last time was amazing, I wish I would have gotten her name, but as we were waiting for our food she comes to the window with a legit real sized drink cup as his pup cup. This Dunkin sucks anymore !!!!! This location used to be my to go to spot but they suck now . Ordered 3 HOT coffees , they made iced coffee ….. my husband had to go back after he was already leaving to come home with our order…. The hashbrowns with my order are burnt like black burnt!!! Consequently, with him going back to get the correct coffee or food is now ice cold!!! This establishment sucks anymore as long with most Dunkin’ Donuts do anymore. Hire people who care about their job and not just someone off the street might be a good start Because clearly they don’t like their jobs!!! The manager was there also and was hoping with the order so I don’t know why I had burnt hashbrowns in my bag or why the coffee was made wrong !!!! Also do not know why I cannot find where to post the photos at, but I would definitely love to post the photos of these hashbrowns…. this Dunkin’ Donuts location was made into a drive-through. I used to go to this Dunkin all the time. It is the only one on my direct route to work, but after the last few times I’ve been there, I might drive further just to avoid this one. Three times I left there with a coffee instead of a hot tea that I ordered, other times I received the wrong muffin or donut. They just appear to have no work ethic. Many of the workers seem to be lazy and careless. Just today, I went in to pick up my order that should have ready before I got there. They told me it was almost ready. Mind you, I was the only one in there. I waited there for a few more minutes until I realized that it was ready but kept on the back of their counter instead of being given to me.
