Dunkin' — Restaurant in Delaware

Update: I originally wrote the below review 3 years ago. Now, this Dunkin Donuts has been bought out and is like the rest of the Dunkin Donuts that are around in Delaware, at least in New Castle county. They have eliminated the great bakers they had on site, and the quality of the donuts have seriously declined. It is my understanding that the donuts are made in New Jersey and transported in. The size of the donuts has gotten smaller. The taste isn't fresh, and the quality of the taste isn't as good. Also, if the donuts aren't sold that day, they are put out to be sold the next day. It used to be that they would change shifts at 1pm, and with that came a fresh bash of new donuts. Those days are long gone!!! The new owners only care about the profits and nothing else. This rating went from a 5 to a 1. The only good thing at this location is the front-line workers that are left. They deserve a 5, but unfortunately, this location has declined so much that I can't give it more than a 1, which isn't their fault. I wish I had taken pictures before to show the difference in the product.

I have issue that need to be addressed. I've been a customer of dunkin for over 8yrs and Anthony was trying to purposely ignore my order and and the girl Rihanna I was sitting there for 7 min before I even sayed anything , now he trying to pretend like he was gonna hop over the counter to fight me and Rihanna was telling me if I don't like it then don't come here . Why did the manager give Anthony permission to ignore me? A loyal customer of dunkin I need to talk to the manager cause this all started cus Anthony kept adding donuts to my order and kept giving the rong donuts so I confronted him and now its drama every time I go in. This morning I had a very bad experience with one of the workers she was an older Indian lady I wasn’t able to catch her name but she had a very nasty attitude, when there was a mistake made on my drink she responded to me in a nasty way saying “Are you talking to me “and when I replied she directed me to to register in a nonchalant manner but was immediately corrected by the young lady at the cashier who advised her that there was a mistake made. My point is that in any job, you have to put your personal issues or attitude to the side to get the job done in a respectful manner.
