I went there today I bought 4 quarts 1 kids size cup and a pretzel. I walked back to my I broke a piece of the pretzel and realized it was extremely overcooked. It was in fact crunchy smh. I immediately walked back and told Breanna the issue. Breanna instantly frowned her face and told me 2.99. I asked if I had to pay for a new pretzel because they allowed the pretzel to stay in the heater to Long? She shrugged her shoulders and said she can't give me a free pretzel. I said okay can I speak to the manger. She shrugged her shoulders again and said "I am the manager" with a nasty attitude. I was being very patient with her attitude. I then asked for the cooperate number. Breanna then called Azeza over (if that's how spell it the young lady with 2 strand twist) she grabbed the pretzel and it fell apart in the bag. She took the bag to the back and came back and apologized but they are not allowed to replace my pretzel. She was very good at customer service. I asked for a refund and once again Breanna with her unprofessional attitude yelled out "She wants a refund" she was rude the entire time. Hannah then came over to process the refund. Hannah was nice and professional and handled the situation well. Breanna also told me find the number on Google. I will definitely follow up with cooperate. As they have a hand full of unprofessional teens working there. It's a shame because black women are already labeled as women with attitudes as a black women myself I'm so embarrassed. At first I ignored the few tiny specs, but then I found a CLUMP of this dirt substance. I was horrified. This newer generation needs experience and employment yes but the customer service is terrible. I am in my mid 30's. It will be 2 -3 workers inside and a line of more then 3 ppl and only one person is servicing customers. While the other is on there phone or talking amongst themselves while on the phone about things that shouldn't be mentioned while working. This really is showing Rita's as a whole in a negative light.
