I have never had issues with this location in the 30+ years I have gone there until tonight. My visit started off at the cash register trying to order a $6 biggie bag with a bacon double stack. The cashier told me they don't have $6 bags only $5 and the sandwich I want was not an option. After a few requests for the cashier to turn around and look at the menu board she finally did and then was able to put my order in. I then asked for a Dave's double combo with bacon, no tomato and no mayo. After a few tries of entering it she had it right but added another combo I did not order. When I pointed it out she deleted the one that we worked for over a minute to get it right. At this point I waived the manager over and let her know her cashier was having some problems and needed help, the manager rudely looked at me and told me she was doing great. I then told her what I wanted and she looked at the screen while I was still telling her what I want on it and rudely stated that's what she put on your order. I bit my tongue and asked her to correct my toppings for the order. Paid and waited over 10 minutes for my food while I watched similar issues for those placing orders after me. Finally my food comes out but it had other peoples food in my bag. They correct that and give me my food. I checked both burgers and they were both missing bacon. They took them back and started making all new sandwiches. 5 minutes later gave them to me again and the double was just a single. Then told manager I'm done and want a refund, she tells me she can't do it, I said refund my card now she said she can't, I then told her I want cash back which she replied it will make the cashier short at the end of her shift. I replied that should be the managers problem. Manager then gave me $18 in cash and acted like I was rude to want my $.49 back as the total was $18.49. I left while politely asking the manager to do better for the rest of the people waiting for their food for almost as long as I was. A loved one just witnessed the general manager, tell a customer we knew, that because each Wendy's is privately owned, that there was no corporate office or number. When this loved one came home, we looked it up and found it. Of course, the customer wanted to make a complaint against the general manager who told him corporate didn't exist, so the customer asked, " If there is no corporate number, who do I report complaints to?" The manager replied, " that the only ways to make a complaint is to call the Wendy's and talk to the General Manager (HER ) or to come back and hope that the owner was there to speak to him." So, this manager is being aggressive, Abusive, and deceitful, to customers and, we are supposed to believe that there is no way for customers to report her harassment and abusive behavior. The owner must be extremely proud that his business promotes so much abuse because supposedly, customers enjoy unhelpful, rude, abusive, and toxic staff handling their food
If there was a possibility of giving negative stars I would. Not only do I not feel like a valued customer or person, but as I have many loved ones who work or worked at this location. The new manager there is abusive and neglectful. The upper management is so focused on abusing their staff and violating human rights like bathroom breaks, that they treat customers worse than they treat the gum on their shoe. They make the atmosphere extremely toxic I rather eat from a trash can DO NOT GO HERE EVER. They also are extremely discriminating. I will eat moldy food and get sick before ever eating or ordering from this location. They also obviously don't care or don't know the establishment core values, or mission statement. MY husband went there about 10pm. He had me on the phone so I head every thing. We didn't order anything weird btw. It started with the lady just being general rude and short tempered with the order and yelled at my husband for asking for a lemonade because they don't have them that time of night.
Then when he pulled up she had no name tag on and did not give my husband a receipt and sadly he just thought she would put it in the bag. While he was at the window she got mad when some one else got in the drive though and to my husband said "you people need to stop coming!!" Like ok cool...we will stop coming.
The food was no better then the employee. We both ordered the pub sandwiches, they came SMOTHERED in mayo. That burger is jot supposed to have mayo and no it was not the beer cheese it's supposed to have it was just mayo...like a lot of it to like so much I was unsure there was anything else on it. I have an eating disorder so things like mayo make my very very sick and then I avoid eating for days after. So needless today this location is not safe. And honestly with how she acted I would not be surprised if she did something awful to our food even though my husband was kind the while time and took her abuse with out complaining.
As I stated we got zero receipt! This was very much on perpose. As you need the info from the receipt to file any kind of complaint or even fill out a survey. From all the rating I'm seeing I'm sure she's made it a habit to never...
