I BECAME RUDE AND LOUD AFTER SHE LARCENED MY MONEY FROM ME AND I HAVE WITNESSES THAT WILL STATE SHE STOLE MY MONEY!
This establishment s owner needs to grow some testicular fortitude and stand up to the wait-staff and bartenders! He allows a bunch of Femi-Nazi women to manage the place that have no sense of customer service abilities. On three separate accounts and especially the last one makes this place intolerable.
The first time the bartender came into work the bar but all she would do was gab with the wait-staff crying about something that happened that day and 7 or 8 patrons were waiting to be serviced but after 20-25 minutes of waiting we all decided to leave and go to a different establishment. Keep your personal life at home; if you ve had something that bad in your life then take the day off of work.
A second time; I hit keno for $410 on a Saturday and I tipped the bartender very handsomely that day and then came in again on that Sunday; had lunch, left a tip near my plate and moved from one seat at the bar to another to where a friend was sitting. About an hour later that same bartender made a comment loud enough for everyone to hear WHERE S MY TIP she says to me. I told her I left one near the plate earlier and that you don t demand a tip from your patrons; YOU EARN YOUR TIPS!
That next week she wouldn t serve me and told me to not sit at the bar. But she would allow me to drink at tables; therefore, I kept giving the waitress nice size tips which would have gone to the bartender if she had any intelligence to her.
The third and final blast at me was this past week before Thanksgiving: I bought the people at the bar near me a round of drinks. I paid the bartender for that round and a tip. About a half hour later I requested another round for myself and gave the bartender a $10 for that round, and I m waiting, and waiting and waiting; finally I ask her where were my drinks that I just gave you money for. She comes back and says I never gave her money and I said B.S I did too.
I had three witnesses that verified to her that I gave her the money. She then has the nerve to tell me I m cut off and tells me to leave and never bother come back. And I told her that she s the one that should never bother coming back when you cannot perform your duties as a bartender and stealing my money. Therefore; I will not come back until I get an apology from this establishment. And my $10 that she...
Read moreSimple thing. Bar food. Simple. Me and my son ordered 2 salads, an entree, shrimp basket and two drinks. Margaritas on the rocks. No salt? What? We want bread with our salads. Bread came 7 minutes after the salad. Ugh. Is it hard to serve smothered chicken with no cheese? Of course we sent it back AND IT WAS RE SERVED with the cheese scraped off. By this time my food is cold , and Dawn actually asked me WHY my food was cold. Well, because I was waiting for my lemon wedges (that I got myself from the bar) and it’s NOT HOT. Shrimp is always served with lemon wedges. Point is we wanted to eat together. Not watch each other eat 20 minutes apart. Dawn was rude, uncaring, and wouldn’t smile if you paid her. We went to the Roadhouse immediately afterwords and were treated so nice. Free appetizers. Respect. Dawn doesn’t have a clue, and she would not work for me in any capacity.
We were very clear on what we wanted Dennis. My son has ordered his food with no cheese all his life. No one called her names. Please. I always request lemons. She took my cocktail sauce away from the table. And since when do you serve chicken and mashed potatoes in a TO GO box? Ever? You cut your chicken with plastic utensils? On styrofoam? We don’t. You encourage your staff to manipulate food that way? Scrape it off? I have no problem communicating. That should be clear. My salad was rusty. Rusty lettuce is bad. Being in this business 30 years, I know how to treat servers. I am also very forgiving. I have to be pushed. Furthermore this is not the first time this person has been rude to me. Ordering a beer on the patio should be very simple. It wasn’t.
Your response indicates to me clearly why your place is so inconsistent. Blaming the guest? Are you serious? Indicating that it’s our fault for ordering our food wrong? We know how to order our food so it comes out how we want it thanks. I don’t know, and I don’t care what she told you. Don’t sweat it. After all the years of patronizing this place (off and on because you never know what to expect) you will never have to worry about us again. We are neighbors. The convenience made us keep trying. We work too hard to waste our time...
Read moreMy family has been going to this bar for years. I always heard how wonderful it is. I have only once in the past 3 years had my order come out how I actually ordered it. I am very good at asking for no tomato or onion on things. (I have never liked these items and my whole life asked for food without.) I love taco salad and every time I order it, it’s loaded with tomato and onion. Obviously sending it back all they do is pick off the two toppings they added.( I know this is all they do because getting it back it still will have a few) I can take them out myself at the table after I tell the waitress it’s wrong- that way I also know they are tampering with it in the back.
This past weekend was the icing on the cake for me! We went in to give them a chance seeing how my family hasn’t been in for a few weeks and they live right down the road so it was a close place to go get food and drinks. We went in and got a drink while we waited, Jess at the bar was wonderful and made us a great drink with a smile. When we got seated the waitress, Mary Jane, asked if we wanted another drink... we all said yes, my drink was in a large glass and I told her what I was drinking. She came back with my new drink in a short glass, not what I ordered nor what I was drinking. I asked for it to be made in a pint glass, she brought me back the same drink in a pint glass 3 ice cubes in it and all pop. Had to request a shot to make my drink a “mix drink” and not just soda.
We decided to order the coaches sampler to share between 4 of us. This was the wrong thing to order. 6 fried pickles, 2 jalapeño poppers, 3 motz sticks and 4 pretzel bites... WHAT! How is that a sampler plate that you feel is worth $11?!
This was the worst experience! We actually asked for our bill and left to eat dinner at another bar.
Side note to people wanting to eat here, depending on the bartender you will never have the same drink. Some of the waitresses are rude. Food is never made the same, very...
