McDonald's — Restaurant in Delhi Charter Township

This evening my mother and I went through the drive thru, after sitting in the second bay for about 2 minutes while watching the other lane take at least 3 orders, I proceeded to say hello into the speaker multiple times. After another minute I said hello again and a gentleman came on the speaker and said "You can have a good evening. " I then asked so you're not going to take my order and he said " No, have a good evening. I decided to go into the restaurant to find out. I stood at the counter for around a minute and the gentleman was standing there I again asked can I place my order he told me no. I asked to speak with a manager and he stated he was the manager, I then asked was there another manager and a woman came out. I explained the situation and she asked me where words exchanged and I told her no, I was simply saying hello into the microphone due to the fact I figured it wasn't working. She then stated everyone can hear the drive thru orders and I explained that all she could of heard me say was hello. She then stated that she was willing to take my order but there was nothing she could do about the disrespectful and terrible customer service I received because they were equal rank. She then tried to make excuses for the manager Rsshaun stating he was stressed out. And I explained to her that that is not my problem. I then asked for the corporate phone number and Caitlin the manager who took my order stated that it was a privately owned McDonald's and I would have to call the General manager Sean in the morning. I will be calling Se as n first thing tomorrow about the terribly rude and disrespectful manager Marshon at store #17439. I frequent this location often enough because it is close to my home and my office and will no longer be eating there. I would prefer to drive the mile to a different location where there employees...

Best McDonald's in the area imo. They are pretty fast most of the time and order accuracy is better than any of the mcdonalds in the area. This is my goto mcdonalds. This location closes too early for my liking though. The food comes out tasting better than most mcdonalds locations I've been too and it's good on a consistent basis. Recently though when I order large fries, I keep getting medium sized or the large and medium fries are basically the same amount now.

10/23/23 Update: waited 20 min for my food after 15 min waiting to order through drive through. Once the food was brought out, the fries were cold because they sat there and I was missing a burger. I walked in and before anything was said, a girl in the kitchen yelled "we got a complaint" really loud while looking at me. The drive thru girl who helped me looked at me and turned around the corner and ignored me. The manager came up and asked what I needed and I told her as nice as I could about my missing and cold food. Not a thing was said after that they all were being very rude and I didn't even say anything. After I was helped the drive thru girl after watching the Manger help me, walks up to me and asked me if I have been helped. Are you kidding me? I was very cordial cause I've worked fast food for a very long time so I know it's rough, but this was just plain bad customer service. Almost 40 min just for mcdonalds and i had placed a mobile order before I arrived. That's embarrassing for those employee's. I no longer think this is the best in the area but still way way better than the holt mcdonalds.

Update 7/18/25 - drive through was shut down and had to go inside to pick up order. Very rude about it. Very inconvient. Had to wait for someone to actually help cause the kiosk wouldn't take my mobile code. How have all mcdonalds in the Lansing area...

If I could have written a negative amount of Stars I would!!! This McDonald's location is absolutely ridiculous. I ordered 2 sandwiches, 6 snack wraps 2 Fry's and 3 large sodas... I pay at the first window all is fine I pull ahead and there was one more person ahead of me as I sat there waiting for them to receive their order at least 3 to 5 mins. Then I get to the second window myself and they don't greet me or hand me my sodas or anything else for 15 mins!!! Had I not just spent $20+ on the food I would have left long before. They finally got to the window and hand me the entirely wrong order so I hand it back and had to wait an additional 5 mins for my actual order to find out there's a cheese burger missing so I ask the guy if I may have the 2 cheese burger I ordered and he says while turning away from the window thinking I could not hear him "yeah lady we got it for you don't freak out about it." Mind u this "manager" stood there the entire time pretending like he was doing something and he wasn't then he's drinking a fountain drink and snacking at the shoot where the sandwiches get dropped out to be bagged!!! I get home and the chicken is hard as hell and dry and there's no cheese or mustard and ketchup on the cheeseburgers and what really pissed me off is we all go to take a drink of our sodas and it's nothing but...
