Fox's Pizza Den — Restaurant in Delmont

I just ordered a pie from them. If their pizza is as nice as the people who work there (seriously, the guy I spoke with over the phone was extremely polite and incredibly sociable), I'm sure this will be the best pizza I've had in a while! If I don't come back here to complain about the pizza's quality, which I'm pretty sure I won't lol, know that their pizza is absolutely worth it too!!

UPDATE - DECEMBER 30th, 2024:

I’ve been continuing to order from this Fox’s Pizza (Fox’s Pizza, Delmont, PA), and I feel almost obligated to say that they still have not let me down in any way, shape or form for every order that I placed in the last year or so…or perhaps since my last review. With every order that I’ve made with this location, the pizza and customer service were both great in equal measure.

The workers are just very, very nice, knowledgeable and accommodating, both over the phone and in person, and sometimes when I come to pick up the pizza, and the pizza isn’t ready (please note that I always show up very early to grab my order and their pizza’s always cook quickly) they usually offer to bring it out to my car after it’s done.

And in regards to the workers who cook the pizzas, they do an amazing job as well, because my pizzas are not just always made correctly (you know, mistakes happen, and they could happen very easily with my very specific order history, but in the 2-3 years that I’ve been going to this location, I have yet to have a pizza sold to me that has been made wrong), my orders are usually very specific), but the pizza pies they make are always soooo delicious and well-made. I can’t think of a better pizza shop in Delmont or even in Greensburg and Murrysville as well, makes better pizza than this pizza spot. I honestly mean that, too. I emphatically stand behind that opinion…a that is shared by my wife, our nine-year-old son and my mother-in-law.

All in all, Fox’s Pizza in Delmont Pennsylvania is just a very well ran pizza shop and I will continue to recommend their business. And to the workers there, please continue to keep up the great...

I don't think that I'll be buying pizza from this location moving forward. The salads are great, the sandwiches are very good - even the spaghetti & meatballs (local special) is surprisingly good for a pizza place. The staff is very friendly as well.

The issue is the lack of standardization when it comes to their pizzas. One time, the hand-tossed crust is what you would expect - the next time, it's more like a thin crust. One time, the pizza toppings are plentiful - the next time, they are very skimpy. Today, I'll just say that if anyone orders one of the "Rancher" pizzas, to make sure that you also purchase sides of ranch dipping sauce because the ranch that was supposed to be on the pizza is seemingly non-existent. It couldn't be tasted, and the pizza was dry. (The only moisture came from the toppings.) Be sure to also purchase double the number of dipping sauces that you would normally buy because the containers are only filled halfway. $1.39 for half-full containers of sauce seems a bit much, as it equates to almost 3 bucks per full container ($2.78 plus tax).

I will continue to buy non-pizza food items here, but the pizza is too hit or miss to justify continuing to spend...
