Lilja's Premiere Pizza — Restaurant in Delmont

When the business is open and I’m able to get food the food is really good but for this experience specifically I ordered for pickup through slice. Before ordering online; the business showed open in Slice and Google. I continued to order lunch and go to pick up 20 minutes later just to find out the business is CLOSED. I understand this is a small business but they have to make a goal to keep customers updated. If you are closed for the day make sure it reflects as such. I should not be able to submit an order through online. Slice had no idea they were closed until I called and notified. Now I wait for a refund when this could’ve all been easily avoided. I was so impressed by this little pizza place. We’ve lived in the area for awhile and haven’t tried their pizza until yesterday and it was amazing! The service was amazing too. From the phone call to pickup they were friendly and kind and the pizza was delicious! The prices are great too! I was most impressed by how pretty the pizza was to look and how delicious it tasted. I got the regular sauce but heard when I was picking up that they offer a sweet sauce and can’t wait to try it. All of the veggies on the pizza were fresh and that gets all the bonus points. This has happened multiple times with me anyhow. Called in order was told it will be ready for pickup in 45 minutes show up 45 minutes later pizza and hoagie was never made. Order was light sauce cheese and pepperoni . After waiting another 45 take it home and its loaded with sauce. Ordered delivery about a year before this episode and 2 hours later I called and the order was never placed. Orders going to the wrong people orders not being placed and calling to file a complaint we get the f u . Sad because there food is good but I am done...
