We came in at 1200 pm. There was four other tables in when we arrived. None of the staff moved with urgency. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch and after 45 minutes received a microwaved bun with a chicken cutlet two pieces of bacon and hastily splattered ranch on it. My girlfriend ordered Italian chili and a grilled cheese. After the same wait time she received literal spaghetti in water and a grilled cheese with two Kraft singles partially melted on it. On top of that the teenager cooking the grill repeatedly ate food off the grill and touched his clothes and face. He was not wearing gloves and didn’t wash his hands until we complained about the incessant health issue. He then continued cooking while repeatedly looking back and glaring at us. The beer and shots basically cost the same, and the bartenders wouldn't even take our order for awhile. My husband had to get their attention because they kept walking past us as we are trying to get someone to acknowledge us. There was even a lady on the fryer who was watching the guys just walk away from us and didn't say a thing. My husband had to practically bang on the table before one of the two guys came over. Great place for anniversaries, birthdays, special events, etc. Dress code is strictly enforced so make sure you bring a jacket. Black shoes only, no tennis shoes. Try the waygu beef with side creme anglaise and steamed sprouts. The wine selection is nice so check with the sommelier for the best pairings with your desserts.
