The Creamery — Restaurant in Delphos

I don’t want to sound rude. I like the creamery, but the creamery should not have their drive-through waiting more than 10-15 minutes. I work at an ice cream place as well and I know the stress of being overwhelmed with costumers, but tonight I had waited over an hour in the drive-through. Like I said before the costumers should not be waiting more than 10-15minutes. I also want to add in that the employees should read back the costumers order so that we can explain if you had heard us wrong instead of us saying that was not what we had ordered. I am an out of town guest and family took me to the creamery. I had never been there before and I had no idea what I wanted. They do ice cream differently than they do at home. I wish I had gotten the girl's name who took my order. She was so patient with me. Even though there was a really long line on Father's Day, she never showed signs of frustrations with me, which was really appreciated. Then to top it, the ice cream was so CREAMY. The 45 minute wait was well worth it. Large portions of high quality ice cream. Food is good for a ice cream stand. Part of our food order was left out of the bag. A young man ran out the back door and stopped us before we left. They fixed our order and added a extra hotdog. Great customer service. With the walk up line and the drive tru backed up 20 deep, no "attitude" from the staff. Young people with strong work ethic are rare these days. Good job to the parents and management...
