Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews — Restaurant in Delta Charter Township

I will never get food from here ever again. Even if I have to wait until I go to Detroit. This is my favorite burger place. And there is only one here. They used to have great customer service. Not anymore. They don’t know what they’re doing. I came here on my birthday to get takeout and it was ruined. I got home after telling them to put only cheese on my burger. Nothing else. I didn’t check anything online. I have the proof. I can’t have all that other stuff. I have a bad reaction to lettuce. What did they do? Put lettuce and everything on it. Even mayonnaise and ketchup. First I don’t like places putting that on either. They overdo it and I don’t eat mayo on my burger. I don’t like ketchup that much!!! So I go all the way back there. Using my gas money (of course it’s expensive). Only for them to burn the burger and then I have to wait again. Did I mention, that I waited the first time after ordering for a specific time? I get my food and go home. It was disgusting. Old fries. The burger was gross and the bread was all wrong. I call and they were supposed to give me my money back in my bank account. I didn’t receive it. I talked to cooperate who gave me the wrong number. A month later I do not have my money back. And I am mad. If you are a person looking at these reviews don’t waste your time. They blame you too and I have the proof I did it online. Wasted birthday. They don’t even know how to make the food in their MENU!!! The prices went for this mess? Smh I will be reporting this to better business...

Endless fries! I don't care for their mixed cocktails/margaritas. The food is good. 😉

10/29/22 review: When we first walked through the doors, there were 2 young female employees wrestling with each other. They were off to the side, but they could be seen. Even though they saw people coming in, they didn't stop. 🙄 As we were being taken to our seats, the 2nd thing that I noticed was how many staff that were there (mostly young) and standing around in groups talking to each other. The place was NOT crowded. We were seated at a booth, and sat for 15 minutes and not 1 person came to our table. There was a group of employees still standing yaking with each other (I would say there were at least 6 of them). I told my group, "let's get outta here." I told the young lady at the front what happened and I saw a friend with his family waiting to be seated, "I hope you have better service than we did. We sat for 15, and not 1 person came to our table." I wanted him to know that if he get's the same treatment, he's not the only one. It had been a few months since I was in this establishment, but this is definitely the first time this happened. The staff looked like high schoolers to be honest, for sure acted like it. Beginning with the 2 wrestling at the front door, to the group socializing near the kitchen. That's too bad, I like their food, but these kids are going to bring the place down,...

It was a very busy night. Very crowded. There was a 30+ minute wait. I understand that. It's Friday. Everyone is coming in wanting a seat ASAP. There was 7 in our party so that was one of the reasons why we had to wait. We get a table. Great. We order drinks. Fine. Our waitress (Katie) was the next problem we encountered. She took our drink order and took a very long time to fill it. We ordered some fries to tide us over until we placed our official food orders. We waited. And waited. And waited. Finally had to flag Katie down to get her to bring us our fries. She was not attentive to say the least. Had to flag her down to get refills on our drinks too. Guess she didn't know what TIPS stands for. To insure promptness. Again it was busy I understand. But when you see your waitress standing by the computer doing nothing it doesn't make you feel like she cares if you get good service or not. When it came to getting the bill she combined mine and my sister's together when we told her we wanted them separate. I think she knew I wasn't happy with her service. She took the money and didn't give me my receipt back or my change. I had her bring me the receipt so I could see the change. She knew that was the only way she was going to get a tip. I was done with it all. Think she should bone up on her waitress skills a little. Thumbs down...
