Firehouse Subs West Saginaw Parkway — Restaurant in Delta Charter Township

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I’ll first star off with when I ordered my subs. I placed an online order at 7:16 pm. Saying the food would be ready by 7:30pm. I arrive there at 7:30. Walk inside the store to pick up the subs I had placed. Whenever I walked in there was only one person in front of me. So I waited patiently, and by the time I made it to the counter it was 7:32pm. Everything was fine up to the point. The lady who was taking orders just walked away and said. “I’ll be with you in one moment.” I waited for 5 minutes until I walked around to the back side where the kitchen is open to view and said I was here for my pickup. I gave the lady my name. And they said I’d have to wait an extra 10 minutes on top of the time I had already waited. (Total time since order placed: 35 minutes) by the time I got my food it was already 7:45pm. And with it taking so long I didn’t take a look until I got home. Now. Let’s start with what’s wrong with the subs. First off the meatball sub. It wasn’t even warm. Literally cold. No sauce. Looks like they just grabbed meatballs from the fridge and slapped it on the bread. Okay. Now the tuna sub. When did they start toasting the bread? I have never received a COLD tuna sub on toasted bread before. Let alone. There was barely any tuna, literally no lettuce. Since when was a tuna sub a bread and cheese sub? I’ll never be coming back unless the owner reaches out personally and retrains everyone in the facility. We aren’t even able to eat this because of how bad it is....

Went to have my B-Day Sub with purchase and it didn't show up in my app for my birthday. When I got here the lady behind the counter was already having an issue with another customer using a gift card and she had to call what looked like a plain clothes manager over to get help for them. When it's my turn I told the lady what the issue was and she wouldn't help me!!! I asked if the manager was available and she said I am the manager... I even had my drivers license to prove it was my birthday and she told me to contact the app support team and told me I'm sorry and that was it... Very unprofessional and short with the customers. I tried these subs for the first time maybe 3 months ago. My wife and I are not big eaters and I picked the Hook n Ladder medium size sub to split. We absolutely loved it! We got for dinner that night. It was loaded with meat and condiments inside… we were very impressed! I decided to go back for lunch today and get the same thing. The flavor was awesome but the amount of meat inside was probably 1/3 of what it was the first time. The first 1 inch or so on each end was just the bun. Very disappointed for $10.
