I’m always in search of the best quesabirria tacos and these were definitely one of the better ones I have tasted. There was so much meat in each taco. Perfectly cooked and seasoned and the consommé was delicious. The sauce on the rellenos was delicious and the peppers were so bright and fresh—definitely not from a can! I would definitely return here next time I am in Delta. The only thing that would have made it better would have been a cold Modelo!

The quesabirria taco with consomme is fantastic. The table salsa and chips are both really good, but the chips need some salt. The street tacos come bare without onions, cilantro, etc., BUT they have a wonderful salsa bar where you can add condiments to the street tacos. They have 3 different salsas at the salsa bar, and all are delicious. The service was fast and friendly.

Amazing Food! Open on Sunday, and AMAZING food! Service was great. The Chef brought the food to my table. Tge Burrito Served as an Enchalada with red and green sauce. Portion was huge. Loved it. They also have a drive thru. I have food sensitivities, and this food didn't trigger. 5 stars, three thumbs up!

This food is amazing! I ordered the enchilada style burrito with pork and the green sauce. The pork is carnitas style. The portion was large and the burrito was filled with the pork. As this is so important to me, I will repeat this...There was a minimal amount of rice with a large amount of pork inside the burrito. The ratio was as good a ratio as I have ever seen in a burrito. It was a pork burrito, not a rice and bean burrito with a little bit of pork. I could eat this pork burrito everyday for a week and not get tired of it. I enjoyed the chips and salsa. The salsa was very flavorful and a bit hotter than I am used to. I didn't find it to be so hot that I could not enjoy the flavor. The people running the establishment were very easy to work with and everybody seem to enjoy their job despite being quite busy at 2:00 on a weekend afternoon. We will be back whenever we are in the area rock hounding! This was a solid five star experience!

Updated 2/2023: I ordered a pork chimichanga. Like the burrito, it is not a bean chimichanga with a little bit of pork. Their food has great...

We ate there twice over the weekend and it was consistently great both times.

The first night we thought they closed at 10pm and were in luck since everything else was closed by 9, so we pulled up into the drive thru shortly after 9 and took a few minutes looking at the menu before pulling forward. After giving our order to the polite young woman, she informed us that they actually closed at 9 but would be happy to feed us since we were actually in the drive thru. I love that!!

The second time we went in was on Sunday when literally nothing else was open. We should've just went there anyway. It was great to sit inside and enjoy a meal. The ambiance is nice and decorated like a market in Mexico.

... But the food was really good. Like REALLY good. Full of authentic flavors, big portions and well presented. Quesobirrias and tortas are some of the best I've ever had!

Any time we're in Delta, we'll stop here. Thank you...

There are a few Mexican options in Delta and this is #1. It doesn't look like much and it is small, but the food is great and comes quick. There is a drive through if you are in a hurry, but if you have time to sit and eat you need to go inside. You get a real plate and silverware, chips and salsa, condiment bar, and they deliver your food. This is a proper Mexican restaurant disguised as a corner taqueria. You get the best of both.

I have only two critiques: the menu is overwhelmingly large and hard to read and the decor could use some investment. Mismatched chairs and cheap tables. But clearly they spend their money getting quality ingredients, so I don't mark them down as I would...
