BOILED CRAB CHINA TASTE — Restaurant in Deltona

Well stopped in today thought id try a new place being the Chinese place on howland has fallen off since new owners in 2016 forget the name but its next to the always tasty cocky rooster.... So this place was Horrible I ordered a pupu sampler platter they where out of short ribs substituted extra beef sticks and I got gerneral chef speacil for me and a coworker, honestly just didnt even see it coming just nasty as hell and im not even a picky fella at all but this was top notch disgusting gordon Ramsey couldnt save it... i hope the people that own the place read this cause there is nothing but truth in this post, Im the big white guy you asked "is this your first time here" and "said yeah thought id give a try being the other has went down hill" well that other spots downhill is a god send compaired to this place I would be ashamed to call this place mine or even work there it is absolutly ridiculous. With all the new development in the area it wont be long till this place is not in business if there was a stock option to short this place id empty everything ive ever made on it. Never have I been so dissatisfied with a lunch order anywhere in my life. I wouldnt even accept a refund cause your folks are going to need it.

Ordered scallops and beef and scallops and garlic sauce ... Needless to say there were no scallops in either dish ... Called and asked them to replace order or come get it and refund my money. The lady I sat on the phone with for an HOUR told me the chef said he put 30 scallops in each dish ... I explained that was not true and there was only like 5 pencil size scallops in each dish ... She went back and forth with me and someone higher up than herself and told me she would have them replace one dish ... I explained that it was for BOTH dishes and she put me on hold and then told me she's sorry she cant replaced the order ... I was already mad I paid 50 dollars for veggies and sauce and then to tell me you will replace order and then say nevermind she can't do that pissed me off even more. Went back and forth for an hour to come to the conclusion I can bring food in for a refund but that's all the can do and if it was opened it will not be refunded. Worst customer service I have EVER encountered. Do not eat here ... Waste of my time and money to be called a liar and not get what I ordered. unproffesional and liars ... I was lied to about what I was receiving and lied to about my order being replaced ... No wonder there is only 3 stars. they should be ASHAMED ... this will also be going on my social media accounts so...

I placed a 45 dollar order over the phone and when I went to pick up my order somebody else walked out with it..the lady that worked there realize her mistake and called the customer over the phone to return my order and then she expected me to pay for that order that left the store .. I told her that I wanted a new order and that I would be back...she called me back approximately 5 minutes later and said my order was ready and my first order took over 20 minutes which I found it to be suspicious that it was ready that quick..when I arrived she showed me two identical bags supposedly the new order and the old one which she said was throwing away because it could have been contaminated...when I told her that I was willing to throwing it away for her she Immediately said that she was going to eat it later and that Statement threw her credibility out the window ...I'm a regular customer and over the years I spent hundreds of dollars at this business and to deceived her customers in that manner or at least give them some type of discount for their mistakes would show some type of appreciation for her loyal customers...I'm not eating at this place anymore just be...
