We go to this dunkin every so often. Unfortunately our last visit wasnāt good. Usually the lines are long and we were used to that but, once we got to the speaker to order I asked for a sausage egg sandwich. Employee tried to speak but I couldnāt hear so they turned up the volume they spoke again but the speaker was not very clear meaning it was distorted to hear the person Speaking. Plus me and my sister wear hearing aids and we occasionally have trouble hearing. We were thinking they were just saying that sandwich wasnāt available but I wanted to be sure and I asked āIām sorry I canāt hear you the speaker seems malfunctioned.ā No answer. We sat there for a bit and then I repeated what I said and said a hello. And asked āis the speaker working?ā No answer. We wait a little longer. Trying to think the best; maybe the speaker broke meanwhile people are lining up behind us. Seemed like it took a long time to answerā¦so I tried again. I look ahead and nobody is at the window to pick up food so I know they are not busy taking care of a customerā¦then after maybe 5 minutes the lady came on and asked again what are going to order. We asked the same question do you have the sandwich and they said āthey donāt have any foodāā¦.after all that..it would have been nice to see a sign saying we donāt have any food to serve in the windows and on drive thru signā¦.instead of waiting to hear that there is no food at the drive thru. I said āwell thatās what we were here for so see yah.ā
Please put a sign up saying you do not have food on the restaurant windows and drive thru menu. Also please be aware there are hearing impaired people using your drive thru. Sorry we wonāt hear well sometimes and I understand that can get frustrating but, please do not be rude. We were polite on our part. At least give us a chance like say āplease pull up to the window.ā So we can hear better. Or make sure the speaker machine is clear. Please just be aware there are people like me who are hearing impaired. We didnāt feel great after that interaction with...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFirst visit : I was at this new Dunkin donuts and I was sitting with my hubby waiting for our order, which was two wake up wraps. We waited about 10 or 15 minutes and I went up to the pick up counter and I was ignored. Finally a woman came over and asked what I needed, I told her what I was waiting for and she checked the order screen to the kitchen and it was not there. I asked if she wanted my receipt and she saw I ordered it and paid for it. They cooked them and when I went to pick them up I asked for receipt back and it was lost and she couldnāt find it. The service could certainly be better for a new place. The employees seem to be busy talking and laughing instead of paying attention.
Second visit: We went in a couple of days later and ordered coffee and two orders of donut fries. The music was sooo loud you had a hard time having a conversation. I asked a couple of times to please turn it down just a little. It finally took them 15 minutes to do so. One employee said they didnāt know how to do that. When we finally got our donut fries they were burnt and hard as a rock. I went over and showed them and they said do you want another order and I said no thank you as the next would probably be the same. They never offered to refund me for both orders, I just threw them in the trash. When a place is new they need to train better or leave a experienced employee with them for awhile. Two visits and two bad experiences. I am regularly at the orange city Dunkinā store or the one in Sanford and I have never had any trouble. I was looking forward to having one near me, guess Iāll continue to go elsewhere. I will now go to McDonalds down the road when I am not going to the orange city DD. ...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI never leave reviews ever. So if I'm leaving a bad one I guess that says something. This place is the absolute worst. Every other Dunkin I go to is perfect and the staff is great. This one specifically aggravates me because it has to be the one that's on my way to work. I've sat in that line for 20 minutes before waiting on a coffee and a wrap, to get to the window finally for one of the guys that work there to litterally go up to the manager bringing her my food saying "sorry I had to go powder my nose if you know what I mean" and laughed. AND THE MANAGER LAUGHED TOO. Nothing is ever in stock. Ever. So clearly the manager or whoever is not putting in orders correctly. Every single time I go it's a bad experience. And this morning specifically, I got attitude because I asked for something that again is not in stock and told "can you just look at the sign" and when I looked at the sign I noticed it was like 4 feet up with a list of things they don't have.... My bad it was just completely out of the way from sight. As I got up to the window they were all laughing and talking about how "omg there's way to many people in line, take a picture" (maybe that's why there's like 10 of you in there) doesn't a manager want good business? The guy behind me got fed up with there attitude and left from the loop and one of the girls kept telling "BYEEEEEE, BYEEEEEE WHATEVER LOL BYEEEEEE" next to the window. Because I guess that's how she felt about a customer leaving. This place I can't even believe is even open at this point. I've never had such horrible...
