Epic fail. Let me start out by telling you I tried downloading there app. After 1/2 hour of trying to create a pizza this app kept on crashing so I decided to call my local store direct. The phone rang and no one picked up so I hung up and was going to order from another pizza place when I received a phone call from a call center asking me if I still wanted to order a pizza. They put me on hold they tried calling my local store and told me that they were not delivering so they chose this particular store which was not too far from me. I ordered a veggie pizza with no cheese you would think nowadays that they would have some sort of non-dairy cheese but that's not happening. So after asking for all vegetable toppings they told me that the pizza had to be made regular because I could not have a deep dish pizza they ran out of deep dish dough so I proceeded to order it anyway I guess that was a big mistake. This pizza which probably at any other place else would be around five or six dollars cost me $24 and I don't mind paying for something but I wish i would have got what I paid for. The person who took my order on the phone was extremely nice she told me that they delivery would be around a half hour I told her because of social distancing I would like for them to deliver the pizza but give me a text when the gentleman showed up because he was leaving the pizza outside. Well that never happened the gentleman left the pizza outside in the plastic bag with two receipts on the top never text me it was extremely late the pizza was ice cold and there was nothing on that pizza that resembles a veggie pizza. I'm extremely appreciative for people who are out working these days it's very scary but for $24 that pizza was not edible but on kind of a good note they left me a note saying that they would give me a free pizza because of their mess up but I don't know? Somehow when I paid it neglected to put my whole order through. when I selected pay it didn't want to work with a saved payment method so I opted for a different payment method, after doing that it accepted and put the order through but somehow now it no longer had me logged in and showed me as a guest yet it still sent me an email reciept to the correct email address, but since I was a guest it automatically removed any of the order that was using hut rewards so only half of the order actually went through, the half I paid for, the half that was suppose to be from the hut rewards was not longer in the order. When I tried to call the store to fix the issue I was routed to the call center to place a new order even though I used the local number and selected the option to make changes to an existing order. Each time they connected me to the local store no one ever answered. this went on until my partial order was delivered an hour later, the delivery person said sorry and that there was only one employee working at the store and they were busy. That is why they were not answering the phones. Since the original order was only half of what I needed I ended up having to put a second order in to get the rest of the food, Still couldn't use the hut reward points because they now showed in process, I called about this and they assured me it would revert back to available after 24 hours. Read moreWe have ordered from this store for three years now, lately the quality of the pizza seems to be in decline. Tonight however the service and discourtesy we received by both an employee and the manager surpassed even that. We order several times a month, same order every time, usually $42-$48. Our order was placed at 6:41 pm, at 7:59 pm we received a text that it was out for delivery. At 9 pm we called the store, were assured our pizza was delivered and was promptly hung up on. So we called again, same young lady answers the phone, yes just give me the phone number associated with the order, again, then she states that they will “remake“ my pizzas and resend at no cost to me. Oh your refunding for my now 3 hour wait? No, we are remaking at no charge. But I was charged, $42, where she replies yes but we are remaking and not charging you, like I clearly said already. So, I then asked to speak to a manager, because this young woman obviously doesn’t understand that I am not to blame for paying $42 for 2 pizzas that I never received, after 3 hrs and 15 minutes. So the manager then takes the call, reiterating rude young woman’s comments with an emphasis on the fact that my order, which is now 3 1/2 hours late, that has already been paid for but delivered to an incorrect address that he is unable to verify (which I know is malarkey) will be sent to me at no cost but that his store does not at any time give refunds? After 3 years of patronage at this store, if/when I receive my pizzas this evening, I will never purchase or recommend Pizza...
