Marie's Italian Kitchen — Restaurant in Deming

Deming should be very proud of this restaurant!!!

As I travel, I find that dining experiences are lackluster in smaller towns, but this spot flies in the face of my expectations. The food here is a no-brainer, it's made to order and delivered hot and fresh. The restaurant looks well kept and clean, but I'd be lying if I pretended that these were the reasons I wanted to come back. It's the Italian Lemon Cream Pie... I'm just kidding, although the pie is amazing!

It's the service. I really wish that I knew my server's name because she has been the star of my experiences. She has been incredibly attentive but never overbearing. I never wanted for anything, she was always proactive about ensuring I had what I needed.

I’m so glad we chose Marie’s for dinner! Don’t let the small exterior fool you—inside, it’s surprisingly spacious and has a cozy, welcoming atmosphere.

The standout for me was the veal parmigiana. Unlike other places where it’s often drowned in sauce, Marie’s serves it perfectly balanced and incredibly flavorful. It was absolutely delicious! Another must-try is their spicy sausage soup, which packed just the right amount of heat. Their house salad with Italian dressing was fresh and zesty, and the creamy shrimp Alfredo was rich and indulgent, a true comfort dish.

We shared a tiramisu for dessert, which was a sweet and satisfying conclusion to an excellent meal. Whether you’re craving hearty Italian dishes or just a great dining experience, Marie’s is a place you can’t...

l was very excited about reopening this restaurant. I ordered the Veal Parmesan from the pasta menu. But it didn’t come with pasta. I asked the server why no pasta? She said that pasta was a choice of side. ( I order the steamed broccoli as a side.) What? It was under the pasta section, why it didn’t come with pasta? It’s Veal Parmesan! The server brought one later as I asked but very sloppy way(in the photo). The veal was good but pasta tasted like from school cafeteria, not expected from the Italian restaurant. Double disappointment. And most food came with plastic plates. It will be nice to have a good meal on decent plates in this price range. I hope they will improve both service and food quality. We don’t want to loose any more...
