McDonald's — Restaurant in Denmark

When we went in for our food, the lady behind the desk was not In a proper fast food working mood. She did not smile what so ever, and she had a very snappy attitude at all of us. Then while we were eating, a guy came in and apparently he has been waiting 20 minutes for his double cheese burger. So he had to get his money back and had a lot of waisted time on the restaurant. When we looked at our recipe, I ordered a 10 pc chicken nugget MEAL. But I did not get the MEAL aspect. I told the lady, "I'll take a 10 pc chicken nugget meal, with a large fry and a Mc flurry." She told me that she couldn't substitute the Mc flurry in for a drink, so I had to get a drink and the Mc flurry separate.. then while we were about done with finishing our food, my little sister was sitting next to the wall with this big painting over her. The painting FELL and almost hit her, it would have hit her if my grandma didn't put her arm out. It took about a minute or so for someone to come out from the back and look at what happened. I told him that the painting fell, and he just nodded. Only a nod and nothing else, I gave him a look and he took his time to come out. My brother, who was easily lifting up the heavy painting, had the guy go up to him and was told "I got this little man". But the worker couldn't lift it up, and had to get the chick that was serving us to lift it. Then they were going to put it back on the wall.

My experience was very poor and I hated it. I don't know if I'll be going to this...

I was extremely disappointed today. I decided to treat myself at 1:30 p.m. I always get a quarter pounder with cheese meal. When I ordered I politely asked that my fries be fresh and hot. Guess what? I got my food at the drive through and pulled straight ahead and parked to eat. Fries were COLD! (My quarter pounder was barely warm but I ate it). I'm not one to complain but I told myself do it! I went through again and explained what happened. They gave me new fries but they were obviously reheated. I ate less than half and threw them out. They didn't taste good. I understand food prices are up but I'd gladly wait longer in order to get hot food. I'm never...

Should not take a person one time walking in after being asking to move forward, wait was so long my daughter ice cream was like water...not to mention they did make a new ice cream ,the girl that came out to give me our order paid extra for 4 ranch..asked her while at window at my car if ranch was in there she said yes!!! Drove back through the drive thru and same girl said they are at bottom ummm bag...umm lady here is the whole bag please show me where..then with a shitty ass attitude gave me the 4 ranch ..only to get home with no drink and napkins!!!!!. .be better people....sat for 20 minutes for a shake a meal and a fry and 4...
