AVOID AT ALL COSTS. BURGER KING WHEN WILL YOU ACTUALLY LISTEN? Am I just another complaint in the LONG line featured below? We sat for 5 minutes with silence from the order screen having a nice evening laughing and chatting because the cashier/headset person said nothing and made no move to make her presence known. After the weird silence, expecting a greeting or a "thanks for waiting I will be right with you" we received instead a "I am not gonna take your order" for being sociable and enjoying what was hoped to be a convenient run through the drive-thru. There was no attempt to make contact previous to "I am not going to take your order" either. Rude. Rude. Rude, all this after we sat there waiting. I work in customer service. There was no "I will be with you in a minute". That I would understand. It was rude, ridiculous and unfounded. Does the female cashier do that to all the customers? Unacceptable. This is not the first time I have experienced issues with this location. It needs a renovation and new light bulbs because it is dirty, uninviting and altogether a run down place to eat at. Two months ago was the last time I tried to eat here and I hated it. I ordered Veggie burgers for my grandmother and I to introduce her to it as a healthier option. What we got after paying were inedible brick patties that were too dried out and rock heard to be salvageable. They came on mashed buns with one wilted slice of tomato and barely any Mayo nothing else. I thought that experiences at this location would improve. It is clear to see that bad service and products are the norm. I gave it 5 different attempts over a six month period. Congratulations. You are now boycotted in my sphere...
Read moreMay 23rd 2019 aprox 9:05 am, I am a regular breakfast customer 2-3 visits weekly. I am disabled and eat my breakfast in my car in the parking lot because I have problems from multiple sclerosis. Never had an incident doing this with the regular store employees. This time getting coffee refill after seeing my cashier, the white lady who said she was the district manager was at the front counter instead of the cashier who originally checked me out. The district manager accuses me of not paying for my coffee, and said "you not a customer you are homeless" and said she was calling the cops and wouldn't give me my recipt even though I was paying customer. Guess she "Can't Understand Normal Thinking. I do not know what homelessness has to do about the fact if you are a paying customer or not and spend 2000-3000 annually at their establishment. The general manager should have asked the cashier if I was a customer before accusing a customer of not paying for breakfast and losing a life long customer over a 50 cent coffee refill. Bougher King needs a better hospitality training program before unleashing their psychopath management practices on the public. I hope no one else has to deal with this district manager. Seems like she is a liability for the Bougher King courporations instead of an asset. Guess Bougher King doesn't hire qualified college graduate...
Read moreWell, another bad review!! Avoid this place unless you like throwing away $$. Stopped here after attempting to stop at a Wendy's (which is what i really wanted, and sooooo would have rather had after coming here) that had their dining room closed (my driver window is broken! Lol). The cashier was a little quick on repeating my order back so I got confused, I just wanted to make sure she had it right! -not sure if that led to my food getting scorched or if that is just how they serve their food. I took it to go, because I was on my way to work. So I had no way of knowing that my crispy chicken sandwich was fried so long there was no chicken left, just breading, until after I bit into it. I was really craving something other than what my job offers, and was extremely disappointed, being nearly 9 months pregnant, I wasn't able to eat before my shift. Shifts over, I wanted a refund or a new one! I go back, and they are completely closed, at 10:35. Signs say 24 hour (but Google says 11pm) either way, they do not seem to follow hours of operation either. I unfortunately went here for a quick bite without reading reviews (which in this case are extremely legit for this location) and wasted 10 bucks that could have definitely been better spent,...
