I normally don't write reviews but based on my experience I feel compelled to. My girlfriend placed an order online and I went to pick it up. When I arrived I was greeted by a women and I told her I was there for a carry out order, she seemed to speak broken english and could not understand what I was telling her, she eventually nodded and walked away. Thinking my order was being placed I patiently waited. After 15-20 minutes I asked another women the status of my order. She checked on it and told me they didnt receive it and also walked away not to return. I saw a manager go around the corner to count out her drawer, so I asked another girl if I could speak with her or another manager, she walked around the corner to speak with the girl counting her drawer, she returned and told me that there we no managers on duty. She finally put my order together and asked for payment after I showed a confirmation of payment online! Finally sorted out I left with no apology for me having to wait 45 minutes for an order that should have been picked up on my arrival. The third girl informed me that a register had run out of paper and when that happens online orders don't come through. The thing that upset me the most was that the coward of a manager refused to talk to me even though she was on site, but had no interest in resolving an issue to make me happy. Once I received the email from Panda saying my order was ready, I came into the store and walked up to the register because thatās what it tells you to do in the app and the email. Linda, the older woman, told me to move out of the way of the register because she ācanāt have doordash people standing around.ā I kindly let her know I was here to pick up my order, she told again to just stand over by the wall to the side. I waited. She helped FIVE walk in customers that came in after me and still hasnāt ever asked my name or about my order. Iāve been waiting for 25 minutes after my order was confirmed ready by the restraunt. The customer service is beyond unacceptable. Linda is unkind and clearly needs customer service training or to find a job where she doesnāt need to deal with customers in person. The last two orders I placed were incorrect, I contacted customer service multiple times and never got a refund...

Every time we try to order something they were out of last time but to no avail. Somehow we always order what is out? Unless you want only rice or chow mein, this isnāt your place. There is never more than one protein option when we go. So why would we try again? We ordered on postmates. Online it said everything was available, and the store received and accepted our order. Then THREE drivers went to the restaurant to be told our order was not ready. Over the course of an hour and a half. So we try calling and no one would answer. At 7:30pm. To not answer your phone for hours, constantly turning away my postmates drivers because the meal āisnāt ready yetā and then you wait until you ācloseā (an hour before your times posted online) is so irresponsible and unprofessional. This is a joke. If this restaurant is struggling so bad that you canāt even change your online hours youāre in the wrong business....
