After a long day of hiking we returned to stay at an airport hotel and this place seemed close and a fast hot meal.
I was mildly concerned when we pulled in to see it was in a gas station plaza because I’m used to things like fast food restaurants in gas station plazas but I’m so glad we decided to go in and order.
The menu was simple but the food was hot, the chicken was seasoned and cooked perfectly, rice was yummy, and the salad was a nice addition.

The kabobs were tender and flavorful, as was the rice it was served on. The French fries were okay and the salad was small but nice. The falafel were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, though not as flavorful as I would have liked; maybe it needed a bit more salt. The sauce served with the falafel was hard to identify. Bottled or canned drinks only; no...

It was served on wheat bread, which I found odd and I did not like at all. They also put a bunch of French fries in my sandwich which I did not notice until I bit into it. Again, a weird addition to a shawarma sandwich and not enjoyable to me. I am quite familiar with Mediterranean food and have never had anything like this. It took an inordinate amount of time to get 2 sandwiches. It wasn’t busy when we arrived. I do not know why it took so long. Not an...
