ordered a huge order on Nov 7th & went to pickup & their power was out fine not their fault but the next day I was still charged the almost $80 for the order I was never given. I tried their customer service line over 40 times since then and was told I had about 6 cases open. I was told my case to get my money refunded would get sent to a district manager or franchise owner and one of them would get back to me or just email my refund receipt. They can easily. I had two slices. One with the thinnest possible cheese with no taste of cheese. Second slice did have some cheese, but very uneven. Their pizzas absolutely do not look like those on the web site. STRIKE THREE. Any frozen cheese pizza from King Soopers would be much better. And King Soopers...
