Jun 2023 Just got home and AGAIN(!), found my 2 pcs. of CINNAMON APPLE pies MISSING from my To-go order. Only the Chicken/Biscuits/side and Red Beans and Rice was given to me.
What is with the Cinnamon Apple Pies being missed from my orders ALWAYS. I guess, I could take responsibility for NOT checking my order but, shouldn't that be academic for them? Or, is it a freebie for employees at the end of the shift if there are extra pcs. vs. sales.

Should have known better after witnessing another customer at the counter mad after her order was messed up. Another customer picking-up an order was also "huffing" due to delay.
The man at the counter (afternoon a, little before 4pm) was not much help in customer service either so, I guess it's really a 👎 for this branch!
I was really hoping they have gotten better.
Recommend go to ANOTHER branch and NOT this branch
Original Review: Giving them 2-stars for the chicken but this branch somehow has problems getting orders right. Personally, from wrong orders to missing items (pies) and just today, given an order of the Chicken Sausage Jambalaya ($ 4.49) in a styrofoam cup instead of in a bowl container and it wasn't even full. When I inquired, was told it's the same anyway. Take note, the female Mgr./Supv. was right there but never acknowledged my query. The drive-thru order-taker answered , quote, "it's the same anyway..", unquote. Secondly, I ordered AND paid for a LARGE gravy ($ 3.99) and got 3/4 of a container full. Read moreI went here yesterday because tmobile was giving a free shrimp tackle box dinner. The guy at the drive thru couldn't even comprehend that a had a coupon. We ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and another combo chicken sandwich meal, and 2 shrimp tackle box dinners. They didn't even ask us what kinds of sauce we wanted with our shrimp meals. I had to ask and when I did they informed me they only had ranch available 😐. We paid for our food and drove away. My boyfriend asked me to give him some fries to eat and when I checked the bag their were no fries in it. Neither were any napkins or utensils. I told him to take me back. I went in the store and as I was waiting I could hear another customer complaining about his food as was two other individual's. When it was finally my turn I told the cashier that I had a complaint and he just walked away from the register and went outside. I had to wait untill I'm assuming the manager finished getting an order ready. I told her what happened and she gave me this dead look. I gave her my food and told her I wanted a refund as my food was wrong. No sauce, wrong side, soda tasted like they haven't changed the syrup and no fries for my combo meal. It's ridiculous that fast food workers think they should get paid $15 when they don't even care about making sure the food they send out it even acceptable. Read moreThis place needs major help when it comes to customer service, efficiency, and overall sense of awareness. I frequent this establishment as it is the closest local to where I am. I usually come in for the Tuesday Special and this is the 2nd time I’ve had to wait 25 + mins for food. They seem to miss one ladies order and it throws them off or they skip at least 3-4 orders and make another ladies order and forget about the other people waiting patiently for their own orders. I waited and saw my order sit on the counter for at least 10 mins before they completed the order. Why do I have to go through this while Popeyes Chicken has been doing this special for years, nay Decades! I really wish they would bring in Managers that would take pride in working at this location bc the current employees really don’t seem empathetic to their very own customers. Not to mention a young tall skinny guy working without a mask! Why don’t you care about other people other than yourself, then maybe you’d service me better? Also, witnessed a customer get upset for only receiving one Mac n cheese when she paid for two. No one employee or Manager came to listen or help her get her Mac n cheese so the lady proceeded to go get her own Mac n cheese while behind the register counter stating “I have to do your damn jobs for you also?!” And left.
