Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Denver

My issue is the customer service at this particular location I would go there once a week sometimes a couple times with my kid after school and there’s always an issue with the service & the items this time I only placed 2 drinks “light ice” I placed the order on the app and my receipt shows the only thing I asked for was light ice for both drinks and they both were pretty much a full cup of ice and a little tea only reason I’m writing this review is because there’s always something and unfortunately this was the closest one to me… the workers are always hanging out talking to each other while the orders sit on the trays on top of the table and I can see it every time because I always park In front I never go to the drive thru… so I see them there until they feel like moving and working but yea this was my last visit at this location… nothing ever changes I hope the manager understand they need better staff people that actually want/need to work and can read...

This is by far the worst bacon cheeseburger I've ever had from Sonic. To start, I pulled into stall 11 and activated the red button. No one ever responded. Then a car pulls into stall 9 and activated the red button and is responded to within seconds. So I pull into the drive thru. Once I order, I pull up to the window and the lady calls me SIR. Uhm, NO. I'm a ma'am, I correct her and she just looks at me. Then when I'm given my order with NO RECEIPT, I take off to go to work and stop in front of my office only to realize the bread is BROWN bc it's burnt, the bacon is barely cooked, the lettuce is so wilted and thicker from the bottom part of the lettuce.... It was SO untasty I couldn't even finish it. AND I can't even call customer service bc the lady didn't give me a receipt!! Horrible horrible service....

Horrible customer service multiple times, no one here knows what they are doing. 2/22/19 I was served moldy sweet tea, I wad offed a replacement by management. 2/23/19 the girl working drive though has 0% product knowledge. I asked for the #15 super sonic breakfast burrito. I was asked which meat I wanted, but the super sonic only Comes one way. I asked for no tomatoes, I was told it doesn't come with tomatoes. (It does). Where are the managers ? Who is running this place? They should put less money into their advertisements and into training their own employee's. This place is a food safety nightmare!
