Oscar's Eats — Restaurant in Denver

I love and have been shopping at Localvore for years. The staff at Oscar's are some of the rudest people. I came on opening day with my family to support a new business in my neighborhood, When i ordered three of the specials the employee said "I guess i could make those" and made my family feel bad for even ordering. Yesterday i took my 6 year old in for a breakfast sandwich at 7:50 and the employee said "we don't open till 8 but i guess I could get something started" after he looked at his own menu, sighed deeply, he continued to make me and my son very uncomfortable. we decided to walk away! Solid classic sammies. Decent deals on the grab and go hot case ones but I prefer the made to order. Fav is the sausage egg and American on a roll, salt pepper ketchup. (Croissants are too greasy and messy for a greasy messy sandwich, imo.) The sausage is akin to a thick sliced pork roll or Taylor ham depending on what part of NJ you’re from. Photo is of a Ruben. I stopped by when I was grabbing some food for some friends for our trip to the mountains. I’m vegan and my friends are not. I grabbed the Tuscan Bean Salad for myself which I loved! They had so many options to choose from for my friends. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with suggestions. I loved the open kitchen concept as I could see how clean the kitchen was and it was great to see the chefs interacting with each other.
